The t shirts you guys have and the fact that you are constantly updating them, really helps me to stay engaged and continually purchasing from you guys. There was an issue once where a couple shirts were missing froma lot that i had purchased and they totally solved the problem without any fuss. Literally amazing customer service and great products.

I love ordering from TeeFury. The designs are always clever and unique, and the company caters to a niche audience that couldn't normally find this style of clothing at such an affordable price. The customer service is excellent as well; when a had a shipment get lost in the mail, they replaced my purchase free of charge.
After contacting CS in regards to returning a shirt, I was met with someone that was not willing to help. I was asked to take pictures of the shirt with a ruler to make sure it measured up (no pun intended) with the description given on the site. That was it. No other directions or even an explanation for why this needed to be done. I fired back saying I found it absurd that I had to prove the shirt was the size they advertised and that instead I would cut my losses by giving the shirt away. Four days later I received a response that came with a curt tone. No apologies, but they did finally include an explanation for their measuring request. There was no need for any of that! I will not be returning the shirt (because they did give a laundry list of reasons why I may not be able to get that same shirt design...) and I will not be ordering from TeeFury again.
Probably 1/5 of my tshirts at this point are via teefury. Good quality stuff, lots of themes I like. Only gripe is the shirts themselves may vary wildly on brand leaving me with an XL that is way too tight or a 2XL that I can fit an extra person in.
Tee Fury just keeps getting better and better. From the designs to the much faster shipping. There have been only a couple of time where I have had the wrong size sent and both time after being notified I was sent a new shirt and I was able to keep the wrong size. Huge fan of tee fury
In all my purchases I've only ever had one issue and thats an order not being recieved properly. I contacted them and had a quick response and quickly refunded. I totally trust teefury.

I've ordered a good number of tees from TeeFury and was always sizing up because they seemed to run small-ish. Did the same with this past purchase and dang, they're HUGE! And feel just a wee bit softer than before. Did the shirt supplier change? Wish there was a note advising of such

In the past i've run into issues with delivery times (in Canada). My latest order was timely and arrived much earlier than I expected.
Answer: Their response when I complained about the order was that they have "no control" over the shirts they use... or something to that effect.
Answer: I would say no. I ordered tshirts at the end of July and still have not received them. I asked for a refund twice and was told 'they're working on it, but not giving refunds.' So basically, they took my money and gave no product. I'll have to call my bank and start refund proceedings against TeeFuryLLC as others have done. Shame really. I used to order from them all the time, but no longer.
Answer: I filed a dispute with the Paypal resolution center and they told me when I return the sweater I will be refunded
Answer: It's a real shame. TeeFury has a great community of artists contributing designs to the site. I hope those artists can find a better company to work with and continue their creative output.
