No matter the issue or problem, TeeFury will fix and rectify it. Processing before shipping is a little slow, but the quality of the product is very nice.
My experiences with Teefury have been mostly positive, with only a few snags over the years. But I have used the site since 2013, and I don't see that changing any time soon. Teefury represents the best that single-day apparel retailing has to offer, and part of the reason for that is the fact that they continue to offer most of their product year-round.
The color, fit, and style of my tshirt was phenomenal. I honestly have nothing bad to say. It's telling me I have to write 100 characters...
I ordered a shirt from an artist's store. The ink and color quality was far below what I was expecting (based on my previous orders of daily/featured shirts from TeeFury). I wrote a message to customer service expressing my frustration and disappointment. I haven't received a follow-up to it, but I DID receive this survey, so 2 stars for having the shirt delivered when promised, and -3 for a poor quality product and lack of follow-up.
GREAT! Love the tee shirts! I just need to buy more that cost less. Can we get there?

Although I know the shirts are random, I didn't like either shirt that I received from the grab bag. I didn't even understand what either meant I had to look it up. Even THEN it still didn't make that much sense. I wish I could have gotten two shirts that actually made sense are that I could at least understand.
According to this survey site, my Purchase Date was April 19th. According to my bank account and confirmation email, my Purchase Date was April 10th. The ship date was April 19th. So, nine days to throw it in a bag and hand it off to FedEx. At this point, I'm already irritated.
Set that nine days aside. What about what happened after FedEx got their hands on it? The expected delivery date was May 1st. Can't be right, Almost two weeks to ship in the lower 48? So I watched it. First Delivered to my local FedEx office on Friday the 21st. Early Saturday the 22nd, it's all checked in. Wouldn't you think "Out for Delivery" on Monday, That's what I was thinking. Instead, they had to spend a day rechecking it in. Then another day shipping it to a central office and then back to the same satellite office.
Here we are on the 26th, the order has finally arrived. As usual, a great print quality. And the real reason I buy TeeFury, they use shirts of appropriate length for a person of my height. Most t-shirts out there are too short in the body. These are just right.
I'm still irritated. Nine days before it was shipped. I'll be speculating on that for time to come. If it's a made to order thing, I don't know how they expect to scale that model. Then there's FedEx as the inexpensive ship option. I don't know how they're the option when they're still more expensive than a prepaid bag from USPS. For the cost of shipping, I could almost buy another shirt.
Having clothes that fit is the more important thing. So I'd recommend ignoring the daily designs. That will be more expensive in the long run. Just wait for a coupon and do a bulk order. You're going to end up waiting for your order anyhow.
Purchased several shirts from t-fury over the years. Quality of the shirts and the service when something goes wrong are slightly below par. Designs are fun and appreciated, but pricing has also increased significantly.
I love finding and wearing clothing that is fresh and interesting. This site contains both. Website is easy to navigate. Delivery to Canada is frustratingly long but has nothing to do with Teefury. Prices are fantastic
The shirts came in faster than estimated. The order was accurate to the site description. Very satisfied!
The material is nice that the shirts are printed on. But the cost of each tee is too pricey. I really enjoy some of the designs and would be inclined to purchase more if the price was more reasonable. Your markups drive away business.
