I ordered a shirt from an artist's store. The ink and color quality was far below what I was expecting (based on my previous orders of daily/featured shirts from TeeFury). I wrote a message to customer service expressing my frustration and disappointment. I haven't received a follow-up to it, but I DID receive this survey, so 2 stars for having the shirt delivered when promised, and -3 for a poor quality product and lack of follow-up.
