ONLINE SITE is SCAM

I placed an order for a coat from Ted Baker on October 20th, and today is November 23rd. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive my order, and for the initial 12 days, there was no available tracking information. After considerable effort, I managed to make contact, which was a challenging process in itself. During this contact, I was informed of a delay but was not given a specific timeline. The day after reaching out, there was some tracking movement indicating that the package was "out for delivery." However, this status persisted for five days. Upon contacting Ted Baker again and finally reaching someone by phone, I was informed that they had initiated an investigation to determine if the package was lost with UPS. Now, after an additional week of waiting, I have attempted to contact them again through both email and phone, but as of now, I have received no response. No one is available on phone line. Can't believe this is a premium brand. Never encountered this type of experience before. My two cents, Don't shop with them. No one picks up the phone and no reply from emails.

I am very disappointed with Ted Baker Customer Service. I received the wrong size and tried to reach someone to obtain Return Mailing Label. I haven't been able to reach someone on the phone, but received response email that I couldn't exchange the item and needed to return item for refund. However, I cannot get anyone to provide a Mailing label or Mailing address. This is unacceptable, as it was their fault they sent me the wrong size.

I bought a top from the Manchester store to try on with a skirt at home. I noticed it had some make up on the collar but thought I could wash it. It didn't go with the skirt so I went to take it back. I pointed out the makeup stain to the assistant but she Inferred I had done that and that the top smelt of perfume. The top didn't smell of perfume and I had never worn the top which is what she was trying to infer. I know the company is in dire straits financially but I will never shop there again now. There customer service was shocking and I have never had this happen to me before. I dont know whether they get a lot of people wearing their clothes and then taking them back but I would never do that and feel totally upset and angry that they were able to accuse me of doing something I hadn't

I have irdered a coat on Nov 19th and received it on Nov 29th after 10 times call abd being on hold for 20 minutes and dropping calls alyhough they say they will ship the items 3 to 6 days. I even received it without a cover. This is my last time shipping withe Baker.

I returned an item a month ago using the LABEL THEY PROVIDED. They apparently can't track it, can't find it and won't give me a refund because it's my responsibility to make sure I track the LABEL THEY PROVIDED. I am disputing the purchase with my credit card company because they are no help and also rude about it. NEVER will buy anything Ted Baker again. Too bad for them as I buy a lot of clothes.

I am absolutely shocked at the lack of customer care from Ted Baker. I bought a dress at cost of £169. Upon wearing it for the very first time by the time I got out of the car it literally looked like an old dish rag due to the poor choice of material. I sent it back to ted baker for inspection' twice in fact, explaining the circumstances and they returned it saying it had been worn and was not a manufacturing fault. As I explained - yes I didn't know about the problem until I actually wore it but they literally told me to go away. So now I have a dress that I cannot wear and am £170 down. I e planned it was not fit for purpose but they literally didn't care. They said they had not had any other complains apart from. Mine but I went onto John Lewis website while I was on the phone and very first review said exactly the same thing,!
Note the dress is the marinee asaymetric d ring dress do not buy it or expect any level of customer service from ted baker. Disgusted with their attitude to this.

I returned a suit that didn't fit. I was told to reorder the item and that I would receive a refund for the original purchase. I sent the original order back using their shipping label and received proof of delivery once the order was returned to the Ted Baker facility. The order was returned on Nov. 29th, and I have yet to receive a refund!

I Tried calling the customer service number (It's a complete waste of time) and was placed on hold for long periods of time before getting an automated message that no reps were available and suggested sending an email to customer service.

So, I did. The rep that responded (Jade) to my email has not been helpful at all. Jade asked for proof that the item was returned, once I provided the requested information, she didn't respond for days. After following up with her multiple times, she finally responded stating that I needed to wait 14 business days after the item was received at the warehouse before the refund would be processed! There is no way you could pay me to purchase anything else from this company. STAY AWAY, unless you don't mind the possibility of being ripped off.

What a joke.

I ordered three items on Ted Baker.com. I paid $20 for two day shipping. The items took four days to arrive. I had previously received an email saying that all three items had been dispatched. I also received an email receipt of all three items. My Ted Baker account said completed for all three items on that order. When my package finally arrived, I opened it to find only two items. I called customer service to ask why my three items that had been dispatched and my three items that had been confirmed delivered to me were now only two items in a box. They told me that one item had been canceled so I should have two items delivered to me. I told them I did not cancel any items. Also, I was confirmed by email and on my account that all three items had been purchased dispatched and delivered to me. Customer service told me that one item had been canceled by the warehouse because it was out of stock. The item was in stock online, it let me purchase it online, and it was confirmed delivered to me. I told customer service that I was not informed that an item had been canceled and that I wish I had been because this item was a birthday gift, and I would have picked out a different item. However, no one told me the item was canceled, and the package was delivered two days late, so my gift was ruined. Customer service went on to tell me that they were sorry and that I was not charged for the canceled item. No compensation was made for my troubles of paying $20 for two day shipping that turned into a four day shipping of an incomplete order. I was simply told that I would not be charged for an item that was never delivered to me in the first place (even though I received multiple confirmations that it was). I love Ted Baker items, but this was a complete joke of logistics, communication, and customer service. What a joke.

I have been a long time customer of Ted Baker. I have purchase the Ted Baker brand at Nordstroms, Ted Baker.com, and even at their flagship store in London. I own over 50 dresses, luggage, cosmetic cases, tech cases, scarves, jewelry, trench coats, men's accessories, etc. In essence, I am what you refer to as a high volume, high frequency customer.

On September 28,2017, I purchased my first set of heels (BETCIY Ankle Strap Leather). Since they only come in whole sizes I opted to get the larger size 8. When they arrived it was clear that I should have ordered the smaller size 7 even though my size is a 7.5.

I immediately called the customer service agent for an exchange. She informed me that the 7's were sold out and that I would have to return the shoes. So, I immediately packed them back in the original box and mailed them to the return center.

On October 25,2017, I received a letter from Hannah Dudney (Customer Service Agent) stating that upon inspection of order ******* by a member of the returns department it was confirmed that the shoes were no longer in the condition they were purchased in. This is due to the significant signs of wear. And, for the reasons mentioned that they are unable to issue an exchange/refund. And, they sent me back the shoes. In my opinion, your returns department needs to be retrained or your QA department needs to be re-educated. Because I returned the shoes exactly as is. It's clear that your company operates in silos and does not communicate to each other.

I wish I could upload a photo of the shoes to this review so that everyone can see that they are in "perfect condition" with NO signs of wear. I am beyond disappointed. Now, I have a pair of shoes that are too big for me and I have to either give them away or donate them.

I have been a Ted Baker customer for years and have socially promoted the brand to my colleagues and friends. I have to admit that this experience will curtail any further recommendations of the Ted Baker brand. If you have any social responsibility, you will make this right.

Toen ik mijn tasje kocht werd 2x geld afgeschreven. Volgens mijn bank waar ik contact mee heb opgenomen moet dit geld dan ook dubbel bij ted Baker zijn. Zij ontkennen dit en willen het geld niet terug geven. Ik vind het erg dat je klanten zo behandeld en ik raad ook niemand aan om op deze site iets te bestellen.
