I am sooo disappointed and angry with Ted Baker. I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years and was not aware their returns are to be returned within 14 days. What do they expect me to do with items I ordered and are small for me. All other shops' return period is 30 days, what makes you special or different from other shops. You need to review your returns policy. I promise, you have lost a customer

I preset a bag to my bf on Christmas, so he use this bag just twice and on second time and the fastener to which the handle was attached just broke in half.
And other issues I contacted customer service 9 days ago already about other order they are still don't respond.

I ordered online five items at Ted Baker's website. Two packages were delivered to my home by UPS. The company UPS shared a photo with me to confirm the delivery, and I have a video as well from my Nest cam. The problem is that one of the five items that I ordered is missing. The bag EVYDAY in brown color was not part of the shipment in either packages.

I have contacted Ted Baker via email twice with no answer so far. I also called them several times but no one answer the phone either. This is not a serious company. What kind of company steals products from their customers? If I don't receive a refund for the cost of the item missing in my order, I'll involve the bank behind the credit card I used to purchase online, and I'll file a case in small claims court in California.

Stay away from Ted Baker, this company is full of thieves and scammers.

I have been waiting for my order to process and ship for a month now and have reached out to Ted baker via email and phone OVER 10 TIMES! They don't respond to emails and they leave you on hold for extended periods of time just to not pickup and say "we aren't available now, goodbye." I have NEVER had this poor of an experience in my life. Every time I DO actually, by some miracle, get ahold of someone, they say they have no idea what's going on and can't help. They are supposed to be a luxury brand? I'm absolutely dumbfounded. This is a complete and utter scam. Do not order from them. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I have no faith whatsoever I will actually receive this product and am thoroughly disappointed in the service. Their site says a max of 3-6 days to receive your product with maybe an additional 1-3 days given the holidays…it's been a month. They said it's in stock and ready to ship but they have no clue why it's not shipping and can't/wont do anything about it. I'm blown away.

The confirmation e-mails all have a customer service help button yielding a noreply e-mail address. Calling their customer support phone number gets a message that they're not answering their phones - try e-mailing. E-mailing *******@tedbaker.us quickly yields an autoreply, but nobody ever contacts me (it's been 5 working days, now). The online returns portal fails login, using the information provided to me in the order confirmation, and their policy doesn't allow the return to be made at a brick and mortar location where I'd be able to to speak directly with a human being. They take your money with ease but have no intention of allowing returns. Ted Baker is unethical. I'd rather have spent the half-grand on a British Airways ticket to London to piss on Ted's doorstep; Ted is a waste of Oxygen.

Bad online return service

I bought something online came damaged wrong size I'm trying to get hold of them. Nobody answers. The phone. Emails are not replied. This is a horrible online service for Canadian buyers. You can return to their store because it's purchased online and Canadian buyers cannot return at the store. That's horrible.

ONLINE SITE is SCAM

I placed an order for a coat from Ted Baker on October 20th, and today is November 23rd. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive my order, and for the initial 12 days, there was no available tracking information. After considerable effort, I managed to make contact, which was a challenging process in itself. During this contact, I was informed of a delay but was not given a specific timeline. The day after reaching out, there was some tracking movement indicating that the package was "out for delivery." However, this status persisted for five days. Upon contacting Ted Baker again and finally reaching someone by phone, I was informed that they had initiated an investigation to determine if the package was lost with UPS. Now, after an additional week of waiting, I have attempted to contact them again through both email and phone, but as of now, I have received no response. No one is available on phone line. Can't believe this is a premium brand. Never encountered this type of experience before. My two cents, Don't shop with them. No one picks up the phone and no reply from emails.

Customer service representative@ US ted baker ( *******681 was terribly disappointing. Not knowledgeable and didn't know how to help (or speak well with a customer). She just kept repeating the same sentence and it was obvious that she had no clue about her work. Also tried hard to speak with a British accent. I wanted to cancel my order and she said she is unable to cancel or give any information on my order. I just need to wait around, weeks, months ( or longer) until it gets delivered. So strange. Love the brand but probably the last time I am shopping with them.

Bought 2 rather expensive Ted Baker T shirts last summer around May time. (Pre take over). The shirts were FANTASTIC quality and the fit was great. Went to buy 3 T shirts yesterday which have arrived today as I paid for express delivery (going away). All i can say is WHAT THE F*CK has happened to the size and quality? Tees barely fit and are almost transparent they're so thin! What a total RIP OFF! We'r getting screwed over by yet ANOTHER Corporate buy out! All in the name of the mighty Dollar! WILL NOT BUY FROM TB EVER AGAIN! :/ I've bought better quality from a local Market! UTTER CRAP! :/

Very disappointed with Ted Baker.
I contacted the team to enquire about packaging prior to purchasing an item to gift.
I was advised throughout my conversation that it would be sent in a branded box just perfect for me to gift wrap.
However the item arrived in a bag that was wet in places and looked like it had been trampled on. The item inside the bag was housed in a pollybag which was opened and torn and the item had been jammed inside the bag! Definitely not a nice look and a disgusting way to treat a customer.
I rang to ask if this could be rectified & sent 2 emails ie at least to send out a replacement poly bag so I could repack it but to no avail.
The Ted Team were very uninterested and do not follow through or rectify incorrect information given from the onset.

Ordered online when item was delivered the price tag attached was $22 less. Their position was too bad that's the price you ordered it at that's what you are paying send it back for refund if you want. So beware when ordering online check retail stores first and compare prices.

Terrible customer service

We had an item with a gift receipt for Christmas. The item didn't fit as it was a little too big. We went to the store and discovered that the gift receipt we had was a single day out of date because we had been out of the country - so fair enough, that was our fault and I hadn't checked. However, the shirt hadn't been worn and still had the tags on and was in the original box. We didn't necessarily need the cash back, I would have accepted an exchange for the other size.
However, the man behind the till was quite rude and said there was nothing he could do as it was a day out of date and that basically it was tough.
I raised this with the Ted Baker customer service team, as you don't expect that sort of service from such a high end company. We spend a lot of money at Ted Baker every year. They said they would look into it and that it'd be forwarded to another department.
I received no response, so I chased after 5 days looking for an ETA. The guy said it would be 3-5 working days. We are now on day 6 and I've still heard nothing.
Don't think i'll be shopping here again.

Beyond disappointed!

I am so disappointed with TB online service. I bought a dress and a T-shirt but only received the dress. I tried calling several times, sent email several times re my missing T-shirt. No one ever responds to the calls, either on hold forever or it just hangs up automatically. Online enquire states it will be answered within 72 hours but over a week later, no one had reached out. Physical stores don't want anything to do with online purchases. I am beyond disappointed and will never buy any TB products again, which is unfortunate as I really like their designs and have many of their clothes.

I cannot believe such a reputable brand has such a horrendous online experience. I called TB store on 5th ave and the manager told me she herself has had issues and suggested to clients to call their credit card companies and file formal complaints. 4 months and still waiting for a refund for a returned coat. Who is running the online business?

I ofer hand bag from ted baker 5weeks ago and i didn't get my oder when i try to track my oder on evri said is been delivered and they post picture wich wasn't my house email evri they replied to me and apologised and expect that's they driver fault
Then i emailed ted baker and they said they are enquiring about it am very disappointed such a big brand very poor service cant belive people still oder should be taken step about them to do something legal i wish they try to sort it out very poor service can't get through phone
