I ordered a coat 38 days ago and still not delivered! I emailed customers service 2 times and I got no answer! What is going on?

I found SEVERAL plus-sized dresses while perusing the online catalog, and not just the usual "sack dresses" that some sites carry so that they can claim they carry plus sizes!

I ordered a purple ruffly dress for the Holiday season and was very well sewn out of gorgeous materials. Fits like a gove.
Took a longer than expected to get my order looks great just like pick but there are a lot of loose threds along the seem makes me a bit nervouse
