I love my dress, was skeptical about buying online but they made a believer out of me. Great fit, love the color, just as shown on the picture.
I ordered a dress for my daughter on January 31st. The dance was the 28th of February. I thought that would be plenty of time since the website says processing time is 12 - 17 days. In an attempt to find out when the dress would be shipped I contacted them. I contacted them the first time last week with no response. I contacted them again with no response. Yesterday I contacted them again via online chat (which is not an online chat), and email. So I contacted them 4 times total. I finally received a response this morning. They are now saying the processing time is 18-22 days. So it will not even ship out until Saturday. Since shipping was so expensive I did not pay for expedited shipping. If we do get the dress in time, there will be no time to have it altered if it is needed. I will have to go buy my daughter another dress for this dance. I will never shop with TBdress again and I will encourage everyone I know not to shop here either. They misrepresent themselves on the website and their customer service is the poorest I have ever dealt with and I purchase online quite often. I hope the quality is good when we get the dress. I don't want to send it back for a refund because I will have to pay for shipping. Paying the high shipping cost to get it here and then to get it back - it wouldn't be worth it. And I believe they count on that!

I totally understand your feeling, dance is approaching but dress from tbdress has not arrived yet. Past 2weeks are the biggest nationwide holiday, in addition to hard-snow whether here, there might be disturbed a lot for shipping. For those inconvinience casue to consumers, tbdress wish to make up, say coupons and discounts. I am here wishing to solve consumers' complaints
