Reached out 3 more time never got a response.
Now I have to go through UPS and I don't even have the ups tracking number
NEVER AGAIN!
I placed an order. Although, there was some negative reviews. I was thrilled when I recieved my order. It came fast and everything I ordered was exactly as the picture. Will definitely order again.

THE DRESS COMES FROM CHINA, THEN WHEN I TRY TO EXCHANGE IT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY ALSO DONT EVEN TRY TO GET A REFUND BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT EVEN GET HALF OF WHAT YOU PAID FOR IT NOT FORGETTING THE SHIPPING COST TO GET A REFUND OR CHANGE YOU WILL END UP PAYING DOUBLE IN ALL THESE COST. HORRIBLE I WISH THERE IS SOMETHING THAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS WEBSITE IT IS A RIP OFF
I have bought 2 dresses so far from TBdress and love the quality of their products, my prom dress was the first dress I bought from them and I had an excellent experiance, I loved it and it was a huge hit at prom.
Do not believe what you read on the TBdress.com website, especially in regards to shipping time.
This website states it takes 3 - 7 calendar days to process and 2 - 8 calendar days to ship. I ordered adress on July 30th. After two weeks, I still hadn't heard anything regarding the shipping of my order, so I attempted to call and email TBdress.com. After a week of several fruitless attempts, I finally opened a Paypal dispute, which is the only thing that got their attention. When I was finally able to talk with someone, their response was "Sorry, but it sometimes takes a little longer." An order which should have taken a maximum of 15 calendar days (according to their own website) still had not shipped after 21 days.
I finally received the dress today, on Sep 5th. This is exactly 2 weeks after the wedding to which I was supposed to wear the dress, and 37 calendar days after I ordered it.
The dress itself is average. After a series of credits to my Paypal account and refunds by TB dress, I spent about $3 on this dress. It is worth about that. The first time I put it on, even though it was a little loose, the seams made all sorts of snapping and popping sounds and I fear for the quality of the dress. I would send it back, but it's not worth the energy and I'm tired of fighting with this company.
I will never order from TBdress.com again.
I orderd a dress one week ago and now I have it with me at home so it is a very fast delivery service and the quality of the stuff that I orderd are very good and it looks very nice.
I bought a black dress from tbdress on 5th Dec and received on 18th Dec.the dress was in good condition and i took note of the cheap price of the dress and its shipping costs.

I am very happy with the hoodie as it has a unique style turtle collar. The turtle collar in this hoodie gives me a different look. I love to wear stylish hoodie in cold seasons.

First I ordered an ivory dress it came cream color on the bottom, the top of it was pinkish and I didn't want it. They begged and begged me to keep the dress and they'd give me $80 back which I'm screwed out of the shipping both ways! I didn't have the dress custom made. They're trying to tell me the dress has an odor yeah probably from sitting in a warehouse for wks before you got the product back and they only will give me $109 back. I want a full refund!
The dress is beautiful and the material is very nice. Good work with the site. Also, the customer service provided is excellent, I always received promt reply. Good job team!
