I ordered a purse from TB dress on June 25,2014 and have still not received the order. Order number *******. I have sent many emails to the customer service with no response. The phone number they have on their wbsite to call is BOGUS.

After couple of months someone finally contacted me by email after I have sent numerous emails questioning on when the item was going to arrive and demanding a refund. Very stressful experience and will not recommend doing business with them.

Good day I'm officially lodging a complaint with regards to the invoice that was attached to my parcel which was not tallying with what we had. Declaring a lower cost than what we actually paid has gotten us into serious trouble with our government. Our customs have fined us for under declaring and we have not received our parcel to date. The total cost of our customs is $459.46 which is from the actual $544 of the dresses order. We are in trouble and we request that you assist us in paying for these customs before our dressed are destroyed. Looking forward to hearing from you soon Regards. I order a dress from TB Dress on January 17,2014 and it is now February 18,2014 and still have yet to receive or hear from this company. I needed the gown for the weekend of VDay, I emailed them and they respond with they would do all they can to have the gown to me. Guess what? I had to go out and purchase another dress which isn't fare given the amount of money I paid for this dress. I'm still try to contact someone but it seems as though when I provide my order number to check the status of the dress since I've paid for it you are being ignored. They have a computer generated to answer your questions it's not even a live person. Very disappointed and I will NOT! Refer them to anyone.

What a lovely dress! It took ages to arrive but I'm very glad I got it. Nice material, lovely yellow (the picture on the website is quite realistic), good shape. Only things that bother me a bit: the waist is quite high so I try to low it a bit with a belt most of the time; and the collar is quite tight and high too, what can struggle you if you're not comfortable with this kind of things. Otherwise a very very lovely dress to bright the day.

I ordered this dress because it was in "sale" and looked super cute in the pictures. It took 6 weeks for the order to come and I'm very disappointed in the product. The material is super thin swimsuit type material and the overall quality of the dress is very poor. I am a size 6 so I ordered a medium. It is very tight. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this dress or the retailer. The first picture is what the dress was supposed to look like. The others are what it actually looks like.

This dress arrived in beautiful condition and very quickly. It was just as pictured which looked absolutely stunning. The size fits like a glove and it is a perfect bridesmaid dress. Overall, very worth it for the quality, price, and excellent service. I am highly satisfied with my bridesmaid dress!

My order was made on May 30,2020 and shipped June 14,2020. Today is August 23,2020 and up until now I have not receive my order. I send messages through the app several times, and the said oh give it two weeks or give it two more weeks. The tracking number they gave me cannot be found. They said the order is shipping with USPS however when I went to check several times the tracking number cannot be found. I also checked UPS as well just to see if the person made a mistake but nope nothing found there as well. I made them aware of the info and once again they said give it two more weeks. I checked both companies again a short while ago and still nothing was found. I asked for a refund on August 2,2020, and once again they aside give it two more weeks. I am very disappointed with this company and I know I'm going to get my money back.

As soon as I saw this dress on tbDress website, I knew it would be a perfect piece of clothing for me, like many others that I fell in love with on tbDress website. You can see my instinct was right about this dress from the 2 photos I am attaching herewith. Even though I was not wearing my glamorous make-up and was just trying it out upon receiving it from the courier, only a quick selfie, you know how happy I was while enjoying trying it!

Order *******‏: I ordered about 8 outfits and 2 I had problems with. The first one was too tight across the chest even though I ordered a larger size (Size L and I'm 5ft 2 in). The second had a hole on the skirt. It looked like it was caught somewhere and could not be be sewn back without being noticeable.

I emailed your company and asked for return/refund instructions. First response came and asked for pictures. I sent dutifully. Second email asked again the same questions - if the dress that a hole in it was a particular style.

I had already sent pictures twice, specific style numbers and even a copy of my invoice with pictures also. I was also told return shipping fees is [quote] going to be very high [unquote].

So you are giving me the impression that you are quick to accept my money but when there is a problem, you 'evade' and delay time with your roundabout questions.

This is the worst website ever and it is a scam. I ordered boots and wasn't happy with them as the sizing was way off. When I tried to reach customer service to return them, they kept pushing me to keep the boots. When I insisted that I wanted a refund, they asked for pictures and what not and stopped returning my emails. I was finally informed that I would get the refund, for only half of what I paid. In the long run, I spent more money on buying, and sending back my order than the crappy shoes were even worth. This was an ongoing process that lasted for over a month. NEVER AGAIN!

After confirming the order by them, it wasn't shipped 40 days, after that i was told this item is out of stock now, you can order new item, I asked for refund, they said: we don't refund you the total amount and it will be partially or you can change the order.
I trusted them and ordered new one, the price was $6.00 over the old order. Although they had told me you will receive 10% discount, they did not give any discount and charged me full price. New items arrived; it was the worst dress I've ever bought. I started returning process. They did not help at all as expected.
Instead they did insist on giving me $10 off to keep the dress, I accepted, but they never reverse the $10.00.
Very dishonest business. They refused to cancel my order after not being able to ship, no refund, no discount that mentioned, not $10.00.
Don't trust this site. They are bunch of crooks.
