This is how it works!
You see the item, you order the item, you receive the item. You don't realize that you didn't keep the info to return the item if you need to so when you do, you can't find the return address because they don't include an invoice AND everything is written Chinese or something. Then your 7-day return window has expired and they refuse to give you a refund. Trust me, it's NOT worth the hassle or time. Order in U.S.
Don't Buy from here! Awful customer service. When I received my item it was 6 inches shorter than what is stated in the description. They refused to do anything to fix it without me purchasing a whole new item. They wouldn't contact me back when I replied after they said i needed to buy a new product.
Ordered a standard wedding dress and based the order on US sizes. Beware, there sizes run very small and the dress did not fit. Wanted to return it and order a bigger size but after lots of emails basically they will not exchange for another dress unless I pay for a new dress. They did offer a discount on the new dress but I am stuck with the old one and the full price. Return policy is HORRIBLE. Dress is nice but make SURE you have the exact size or your stuck. Communication if difficult as they do not have a great command of the English language.

This dress is good quality and true to size/colour. Only snag is having to wait so long for the goods to arrive, otherwise I had a good experience with TB Dress.
I purchased a dress for an upcoming wedding. I did not buy a suze I went for the custom fit. I cannot praise the enough. The dress was perfect, better than the picture. I contacted the live chat with my questions and the response time was just a couple of hours.The site was easy to navigate, which is a bonus. The picture are beautiful along with the customer reviews.My dress arrived in the time that they said it would. I already knew of the custom fee as I had done my research before purchasing. I had all the information I needed before I committed to purchasing from the company. I was a little dubious about buying from the after reading some of the reviews but I was so happy with it.
Although It took a little long to arrive it is a fact that the dress I ordered was made and shipped to me. It is designed to my size and so fits me. It is well designed. The color varies a little bit from what I ordered, as in, It is brighter. But it is still within my color range and I like it. Hope next time it would be shipped faster than it took.
I ordered stuff from the website and I am very disappointed. I spend more than $200 on the stuff. First of all they took a lot of time to deliver my stuff. The stuff that I ordered is nothing like the one which was showing in the picture. The biggest problem is I haven't receive one of the item yet. I ordered the stuff in December and it now March. It was a winter jacket $107. They took my money and did not deliver the jacket. Nobody is answering my emails and nobody is helping me. I lost my money but I will let everybody not to loose their money. I will let facebook know about them because I got their info through facebook.

After a few back and forths with TB Dress, I have changed my opinion of the firm. The item I purchased was too small, rather then return the item, the company will be offering me a refund. I will be donating a jacked that is way too small for me to someone in need.

I ordered the dress to wear to work on my casual dress down. I order a medium size, however they sent me a large. I did call customer service to make them aware of the error. They were amazing! They immediately sent me a medium size shirts and I have received so many compliments. I was to return the bigger dress but one of my friends chose to buy it from me so I paid it on the site.

I have purchased tops and dresses from this website and have never had an issue with anything I have purchased. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get but it is coming from overseas so that is to be expected. I will continue to order from them and save a ton of money!
