My order was returned to sender because of a shipping error. Customer support was not helpful. They said that they will not reship and I had to re order and pay a restocking fee. They lost a customer.

Signed up for the Ammo + membership. My free box of ammo was 380 ACP, the cleaning kit was 12 ga, and the ammo can was 30 cal rehab metal -- can't use any of it. When I contacted customer service I was informed all of the freebies are, "subject to availability," which means they are only trying to get rid of unwanted inventory.

On Sunday 8/27/23 I ordered a case.22 lr from Midway USA, and 3 boxes of SJSP 9mm from Target Sports USA with a shipping charge of $19.00...Midway shipped free UPS that afternoon and I recieved my order Tuesday...On Wednesday I checked UPS shipping on Target Sports and my order had not been shipped yet ( Label made) and delivery date set for 10 days past order...Today, Thursday I again checked shipping for my order, and UPS still saying it will take the full 10 estimated days for me to recieve my order...I e mailed Target Sports sales about my dissatisfaction and no reply...Told them this was total 'Bullsh_t'...They charge $19 for UPS shipping for 3 boxes of 9mm, then set on the order for 4 days, and feel nothings wrong with taking 10 days to deliver an order...Midway delivered on the 3rd day, SG Ammo never takes more than 5 days...I feel that Target Sports isn't in to good customer service...SG Ammo beats the pants off them for on-line ammo purchases...never again...

Have placed 3+ orders so far, fast shipping and delivery. Best pricing, I have found around. Other places might have similar pricing but with ammo +, you can't beat the deal and the quality products.

Target Sports USA is my go-to online ammunition supplier! They offer a membership for $95 a year and it's worth every penny! Membership includes FREE SHIPPING on all orders no matter the total and a discount on your purchases. I'm in my second year now and my first years savings totaled over $900 and I received a gift at the end of my first year of membership that was worth almost as much as the cost of the membership.

Most of the complaints against TargetsportsUSA are based on prime membership to their ammo club, paying a membership fee for perks, free samples, etc. There might have been some shenanigans there a few years ago. But in 2022, this outfit is shipping ammo across the country in 2-3 days with automated order processing and the ammo arrives undamaged and exactly as ordered.

Ive ordered from target sports twice both times I recieved my order in good time and in good shape I will order more when I see a good deal or see something I need.

Said we ship our orders within 48hrs 4 days later I'm still waiting. Now I have to get my bank envolved. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

They get you excited about their prices by showing us awesome prices that just don't exist, then sell you a $95.00 one year subscription to buy ammo at great prices that they just don't have! I can't imagine that this is legal.

Do NOT purchase the prime membership! They deceive people by posting low prices on out of stock ammo to convince you to purchase the prime membership, prices on ammo is not what they advertised once they become available, they are just as expensive or even more than other companies. Do NOT fall for this scam.

With Prime Membership they claim dealer pricing, but this is not true. It may be decent pricing and with free shipping. However claims of dealer cost are greatly overexaggerated. I was a Prime member and even though I was notified of product availability, none was ever available even when I checked as soon as I was notified.

I purchased the prime membership in early 2020 and only got to use it one time before the ammunition shortage started. I know it's not their fault that they run out of ammunition but it looks like that they would give some kind of rebate or partial refund on this membership since it is basically worthless now. Also I am sad to say that they are charging way too much for their ammo during this shortage just like the rest of the companies cheaper than dirt for example is another one. Will not be doing business here in the Future.

I ordered 3 cases of 223 Winchester ammo on 12/21/2020 and they cancelled it a hour later and reposted it at double the price. They should honor the original purchase price and send me my ammo for the price I paid. I understand if it was sold out but they cancelled everyone's order to resell at a higher price this should be illegal. I urge everyone not to shop at this retailer with shady practices they are price gouging terribly anyways. Order #*******

Forget about ammo shortage — that's everywhere. It's how a company takes care of its customers that matters. It's whether they honor those that follow the rules they set out, only to find they don't themselves follow their own procedures. It's when a company is so comfortable feeding ona hungry public that they don't invest in systems to honor their orders and respect their customers. Subscribed to PRIME membership. Entered notices when ammo available. After many attempts finally able to secure inventory before on line reported out of stick. Item added to cart. Moved to cart it pay using preconfigured payment method. Opening cart I say item there disappear before my eyes. Called and told that item is not held for payment once in cart. That's the way all reputable retailers' systems work, but not here. Told owner elected not to do that. Say what? Suggests he's playing us all. Will find other sources and suggest you do the same. Any sense that you might get a fair shake are misguided. Gave them months of chances, but now realize I never had a chance, and likely you won't either.

I purchased a Prime membership for $95.00 which afforded me free shipping. However, here's the problem. They have not carried my ammo in stock for a month. I have been checking there website on a daily basis. When I call them they tell me they are getting ammo every day, but it gets sold out immediately. I paid for prime membership privilege's that I can't utilize. So I explained my predicament and they told me... SORRY WE DON'T GIVE REFUNDS! BE VERY CAREFULL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH NO REGARD FOR RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. THEY LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.
