Revision, I am very satisfied as I was given a refund from Tanga for this jacket. Thank you. Saw a very cute Lavender teddy bear jacket. It looked so nice and looked like it would at least be somewhat warm. Well, it arrived yesterday. It was jammed into a 10" plastic wrap. It was light as a feather, my first clue. It was Lavender but it was so thin, no type of lining at all and the cuffs and bottom band is so thin and cheap, no elastic. The zipper doesn't look too sturdy either. Pure junk and a waste of $25. I don't have a computer to print a return label and don't want to pay shipping to return it, so I know I'm stuck with it. First and last time ordering. A picture isn't going to help because it won't show any of the above.

I ordered 2 Microsoft Suite 2021 license for life on 02/0724. After I paid I got email giving delivery & tracking #. It never arrived. After 3 was & 6 texts I still haven't received. I was sent digital instructions & they emailed instructions to download. Doesn't work. 1 month later still nothing. Asked for refund. Adrienne said no. It was clearance! Text her back last week and now still waiting for them to respond. NEVER AGAIN will I order something thru Tanga! Not worth the aggravation. Tried toll free #, 3 1/2 on hold. Never answered. After the 3rd week I was told it was digital but when I asked why I was given tracking # and delivery details, Darienne didn't know. I asked for CEO's #, they wouldn't give it. It's now 03/12/24 and haven't gotten my order or heard from anyone!

Sent wrong size shoes. Customer pays for return shipping. Need to return, then reorder. They do not exchange. Not good customer service.

I have bought from Tango since they opened basically. At first I was getting good deals on items, no problem. Recently I have noticed that a lot of their items for sale, you can get MUCH cheaper on eBay, especially their beauty items, for example: The have a 3 set eyebrow razor kit for over $4, on eBay I got he same item ( and same brand) for 0.74! DO YOUR RESEARCH!

I ordered an item that did not work. So far, I'm not thrilled with the return process. We'll see if Tanga replies to my email in a prompt fashion. Once they do, I'll update this review. Not terrifically happy that the Morphie Juice Pack I ordered doesn't work at all, but if the return process is decent, I'll recommend. If not, well, you can read about it either way.

Out of 5 orders that I have placed with Tanga, I have had issues with 2. Customer Service takes a bit to return your email. There is no telephone to contact a live person to get immediate service. I still love the deals on Apple that Tanga offers.

Ad for item did not state "dry clean only". Also, zips from left side instead of right. It's supposed to be for men.

The bracelet looked better on the website. Was clean and shining. Not so good when it got here. Also was put together using a cheap rubber band.

My product price was good. Shipping was fast. The product was good, but the colors weren't as shown. Disappointed because I emailed the company and haven't heard back yet, and they state that they respond within 48 hours. It's been 4 days now. This was my first experience with tanga.

Finally received the package today, on Halloween. Talk about cutting it close... I had already gone out yesterday and bought my daughter another costume as the tracking still stated it was in China! The product is nice, good quality. Def a good price as well. Changed my review to a 3 as the shipping situation is crazy. In summary, good item at a good price but took forever to get it. Would not recommend ordering for a specific event unless far in advance. Company could do sonething to streamline shipping or at least be more upfront with customers when they order and say to allow 7 to 10 days for shipping, when its really 2 to 3 weeks.

Ordered Oct. 11th a costume piece for my dtr for Halloween, still have not received the item. It is Oct 27th and it still shows that it is in CHINA. Very dissatisfied, site says to allow 7 to 10 days for shipping, should be more up front on business operations.

Cannot get tracking info on recent order... cannot get response to return item for exchange... credit card charge on my end... oh that went through alright... NO PROBLEM there. Do what You say... you are going to do tanga the basic service here... not asking for the blue prints to the space lab. Ya kno>?

Most of the time I have a good experience items are good quick answers 1 problems but in July I ordered a can opener from the clearance items it came in a box that was crushed it was clearly a return and then the instruction booklet it said bought at Walmart in Kentucky if I remember right after several attempts to get a response from you Tanga I still have not heard anything thank you Kevin

I wasn't happy with the quality of an Item I purchase true tanga, but I have since receive emails from them and a return stamp I have to print plus a little questioner explaining the reason I'm returning the stuff witch I did before in an Email, but I guess is fine as long as I get a full refund for it and my troubles

Tanga is a good site to find great deals on discontinued items. Items come without instructions at times, so you may have a hard time getting something to work. They stand behind their products, so if something doesn't work they'll take care of it.

Hi! I found a great price on a smartphone, and it was delivered a lot faster than they initially quoted. However, I also received another package from them that I did not order. When I tried to contact them about it, I got an impersonal email back that gave general info concerning their return policy, like no one actually read my email.

I like the site, but I've had problems with deliveries... not enough postage paid, never received the item, etc
I was always refunded, but it's frustrating

The shipping is quick but the product is not the same as picture showed. Way to much different than I need for. I need to exchange the product but no way to find the customer service contact phone number to contact with? Please advise...

I ordered 2 of the 19.99 gift bags and it was supposed to have like 70 dollars worth of stuff in it and I bet there was not 20 dollars worth and it was all junk. I only received 1 so far

Some of the items offered on Tanga are good, but beware of your purchase the pictures are deceiving and merchandise from China is not always what was anticipated.

Good deals but sometimes it takes forever to receive the things that you order. There some way to let people know that its going to be a long time coming
