Yesterday I went to a local Taco Bell near me. I had never been in there but decided to try it out. A young guy mumbled something to me that after saying it 3 times I understood what he was saying, and that was to use the kiosk. Ordered my food (never been in there so don't know the rules) I stood to the aside and that young man mumbled something else at me, that after several times I understood it would only take a few minutes. There was some noise around us so the hearing was (on my end) was difficult. I saw 2 gals in the food area preparing my food, They seemed to know what they were doing. Got my order, went home and started to eat my food. Half way, I could taste something in my food that had gone bad. I couldn't identify it but stopped eating. I should have known better than go to a Taco Bell or any take out place as lately bad food is what I keep getting. Decades ago, getting take out was something to enjoy but that seems to have ceased in the food industry today. It's a lost art and one that eventually closes doors permanently.

The burritos taste amazing. For the rate at which it is purchased, the taste is amazing. I'm reminded of home.

It was in SO many pieces, that I don't even know how they were able to wrap it.
I could NOT pick it up to eat it, as it was just a Clump…

First of all the food was not done properly half of the burrito wasn't filled so it didn't taste very nice. Second the service was horrible waited 20 minutes as one of the bosses were teaching a trainee while we were waiting in line as well as lots of others. Wouldn't go again do the training when there are no customers in line.

I went to east Alton Illinois taco Bell all my fd was gross wet n hard n falling apart I ordered the deluxe craving box my grilled burrito was thin barely anything n it mostly Shelli called bthere said there's nothing we can do seriously $8.62 for my fd n I can't even eat my dinner this place needs shut down the workers r horrible at making food

Hello, I am making this review because me and Taco Bell are breaking up. Here's why, so basically everything I like gets taken away, ALSO NOT TO MENTION THAT TACO BELL TOOK AWAY THEIR F****** NACHO FRIES. Im sick and tired of Taco Bell treating me this way. I've done nothing but been a religious customer and all I get is disrespected. How could they also get rid of the apple pies that they used to have too? I'm so mad, SO MAD! WE ARE DONE TACO BELL MORE LIKE TACO HELL!

Bad experience never eating here again. The food was bad. It was cold and not made to quality. Don't ever eat at Taco Bell…..

Most of the employees at Taco Bell Biscayne and 36th in miami. They are just stealing their paychecks. They don't know how to talk to customers they don't know how to deal with customers. Rude and uneducated employees at this location. I'm partially handicapped I cannot see. And they're forcing me to use the kiosk because no one want to take the time to take my order. While they're all in the back laughing and having conversations with each other. These people are disgusting. The restaurant was filthy through it dirt and food all over the place. I will never eat any of these Taco Bells ever again... they need to hire responsible people who actually want to work.

Only bad thing i will say is that the double steak grilled cheese burrito is missing the steak. If there's only 1 piece of steak and double is 2 than they got it right. But for $6.79 a burrito, it's not worth it.

I went up there last night and after I put in my order, I get up to the Drive thru window to pay and my bill was $31.16. I gave the young man working the drive thru window a 50.00 bill a long with a dollar and the 16 cents and they gave me my food but they didn't give me my 20.00 change back let a lone a recipe and I went back up there to let them know that they didn't give me my change and the manager I believe they were was very rude because they told me they couldn't do anything about it and I told them I didn't get recipe. If that wasn't bad enough they put sour cream on my nephew's 2 Chicken chalupas after I had told them no sour cream. I will never go back to that location again.

I am a long time lover of Taco Bell I went through a period of time where I ate it almost everyday for weeks. Lately though I have been very disappointment and have decided today no more Taco Bell for me.
I understand a lot of stores are short staffed BUT when you have an option to order online and pick up in store to then show up and the lobby is closed and you now have to wait in usually a long line in the drive through to get your food that is probably now cold.
I ordered today online for instore pick up at 11:30am, I get a notification that its ready at 11am. I am at work and in the middle of doing something so I cant just leave to go and grab it early. I get there and the lobby is closed SHOCKER. I get into the drive thru and get my food get back to work and my food is ICE COLD cause they made it 30 minutes before they were suppose to. I simply will not be returning for awhile to waste my money on food that is made wrong, items forgotten like the nacho cheese for the NACHO FRIES, and for my food to be cold when I get it.

I was 4th car in line took 15 minutes to get to speaker. Then waited at speaker for 5 minutes. For them to take my order. Then another 6 minutes to get up and get my order. Thought this would be faster then McDonald's since it was time for high school lunch. And this Taco
Bell is no where near a high school. Since I had a half hour for lunch. And there is no way to get out of the line. Called manager shevsaid she would call me back still waiting 6 hours later.

Quesadilla is a joke it has no filling it's flatter than a piece of paper I won't ever feed my dog that it's dis. No star rating if I could

No way I never went to a cussing ghetto smoking restaurant like Taco Bell south Monroe Tallahassee Florida they be on the phone talking cussing each other's have to wait on there time to Order no one was in drive through or in the building but yet I waited 15 minutes was walking out when one the employees decided to ask me do I need help girl really very disrespectful need to close it down need new workers who want s to work never I recommend anyone there I'll eat noodles before I spend my hard earn money with Taco Bell

This here restaurant made shat myself THREE DAYS STRAIGHT. The fat B***h who attended to me acted like I was her child. She threatened to hit people if they did not order. I hope taco bell fires her. ( Also Mcdonalds is better)
