There was a shipping issue due to some stylistic choices of my landlord (aka my apartment is labeled 2014 when legally it is 2100 like all the other units), but Table Cloth Factory, worked with me quickly to get all of my linens before my wedding. Excellent customer service.
Ordered 12 overlays for a holiday Party and order was missing one. I have ordered items previously and told friends about them who have also purchased tablecloths. When I contacted them they told me they could only refund me 1.99 for the overlay but it was too much to ship it. I went back-and-forth with them with very cordial emails. I would have to order another overlay and pay 7.00 again to ship it. I have to pay 7.00 for their mistake and I didn't have what I needed for the dinner. Was told I would be contacted by the sales management team and never was. Just beware of no loyal customer appreciation.
