T-Mobile's reputation is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily stemming from perceived deceptive practices regarding promotions and service quality. Many customers report issues with billing, unresponsive customer service, and difficulties in resolving problems, leading to frustration and a sense of betrayal. While some reviews acknowledge initial satisfaction with service and product offerings, the overwhelming sentiment reveals a trend of distrust and disappointment, particularly concerning support after the sale. This feedback suggests a pressing need for T-Mobile to enhance its customer service approach and better honor promotional commitments to rebuild trust and retain customers.

Jacuoez at t-mobile was great. Patient, informative. Cared about us first. Typical T-mobile great service
This review is for Dejon who works at 732 Broadway. I had a problem that took way to long to resolve. There was a false or fraudulent bill sent to me. I have not been with T-mobile for over 15 years. Anyway, although most of the people on the phone were courteous, Dejon really knew how to handle it and saved me so much time. He was amazing. He knew what he was doing and coudn't have been more helpful. I would give him five stars. Linda Joyce Stolow
This is the worst mobile service I have ever had. I have not had the service 2 months and I have already had to change my sim card, had to trade my garbage phone that they gave me in. Guess what I still have terrible service. I can't even get ahold of the corporate man to tell him his phones and service is a nightmare. Then when I had the sim card updated the representative tells me that Samsung 23 are having trouble with their network. So you gave me garbage. I apsolutly tell anyone and everyone how horrific this service is. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM! Especially if you use your phone for work. Calls don't connect, or they drop after you do connect.
I am from Canada, bought a phone from TMobile. I was deceived and told the phone was unlocked! Came back to Canada, can't use a locked phone here. Have tried repeatedly through customer service to get it unlocked, paid $25.00, still locked after waiting 72 hours as advised! Locked phones are illegal in Canada.
In November 2022 I had completed a 24 month contract with TMobile 2 months earlier and it seems the TMobile Revel phone I had just started having all kinds of issues. I went online and looked at their offers on new phones. I liked the Revel phone so I looked at the Revel 5G Pro, which they described as being far superior to the old Revel. It had a promotion for free with a 24 month contract. If I ordered online it had free activation. I like dealing with live people so there are no misunderstanding. I screenshot the page and took with me to the TMobile store 30 miles away. The store manager waited on me and explained that I would be billed $9.17 a month but would also get a credit for the same amount each month for 24 months. First bill came in I was charged the $9.17 but no credit. I called TMobile after explaining this to 2 different people I was apologized to, given the credit that would appear on my next bill and told they fixed the problem. Next month no credit for previous month and charged again and no credit for that month. Called customer service again stayed on phone over half hour and once again I was told they had credited my account for both times and they had fixed the problem. That time I got 2 text messages almost immediately saying my account had been credited 2 times. The next month bill had the 2 credits but no credit for that month. Again another 45 minute call to customer service and again I was credited and told the problem was fixed. Next bill, no credit again. Call customer service and this time I am told there was no promotion for my phone in November. I told her I still have the screenshot on my old phone's backup and it has the date and time on it 8:05 am November 6,2022. I was then told I need to go back to the store I used and let them correct the problem (which made no sense, what could the store do that the main company customer service couldn't) so here I go, called the store manager, emailed the screenshot to her. A month later I called her and she said she thought she had forwarded the email to her contact in the company but if I would email it to her again she would follow up on it. That was 2 months ago and still being billed and no credit
On 3rd phone, from T Garbage. Dropped calls, loss of Wi Fi, text don't go thru, tower trouble, don't receive calls need I go on? Was told I would get a new phone they understand but then changed their decision on another phone. Absolute terrible customer service. STAY AWAY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, just hope I don't have a emergency and can't make a call. The local store knows my issues but can't do anything without email from someone from corporate. Can't stand this company, will never recommend to anyone. Doesn't matter what area I'm in always problems.
T Mobile sucks. Do not trust the separate internet service. They provide inferior modem. They limit TV viewing half way thru month. I canceled returned modem on time but they were tardy to key. Then started to recieve hostile mail. I settled for 65 percent. Their Resident Agent cannot be found
T mobile referral bonus is a scam. The process of actually obtaining the referral bonus is ambiguous. I referred a friend but they wouldn't give me a bonus because I've only been a t mobile customer for about 45 days. This was not stated in the advertisement that led me to start referring people.
I call because they T-MOBILE sent me a bill stating I never returned they merchandise.Returned it on the /4/3/2023 have proof the rude representative did not have common sense to take the time to look it up. I advised anyone keep your receipt please. With his broken English employee they careless if we get credit. It's all about them making money. All I'm going to pay is my portion of my bill that's it that's all. His RUDE broken English need to go back in orientation until he learns to be more polite with customers.Mrs.LaWana K White
I have been trying to become an authorized user on my company's account. The person who set up the account is no longer with the company and T-Mobile is making it impossible to get access to the account to make changes. I have been to the store twice and was told to set up a phone meeting. Well nobody has called. I've tried calling in and was also told I need to set up a phone meeting and that I'm still not an authorized user. This has been going on for over a month. I currently use T-Mobile for my personal cell company and will be cancelling my account
I was looking into changing my to T-Mobile. They canceled AT&T service without my knowledge. My phone was locked so no T-Mobile service. I spent four hours on the phone with no help. Went to the store still had to call AT&T. 8 hour day to get my phone working with AT&T. No notification from T-Mobile or AT&T that it was canceled. BEWARE
I've been having issues ever since sprint switched from dripped calls text messages not going through and now iaperwirj didn't go through I'm no longer authorized to get info on account funny I was for 23 years
Yesterday a phone number was hacked, followed by sending spam SMS and using phone contacts, instant messengers, and other services connected specifically to this number, (iPhone 7) You need to work on security, and duplicating numbers in your system, otherwise, so can not only get banned from Facebook and lose real money.
All I can say this company is a scam. I swished from Verizon and they told me was going to be one price now is double and not just that but they can't even find one of my phones that I trade and I told them I want my phones back they said is not possible? OMG I'm just so upset with this and they all blame each other?
This is the worst and most disgusting company in the United States, they have joined Metro and Spring and it is even worse, they charge you in advance even when you have automatic payments, the customer service is terrible, they are rude, they make fun of you, They make you wait for long periods of time, and in the end I do not recommend it to anyone, it is disgusting, the most disgusting thing that exists in national and international telephony
I've been with this useless network for almost 4 years. I was happier with AT&T. Every month, T mobile charges me at least 70$ extra charges on bill and when I call customer care, they give me senseless reasons and trust me, every representative gives different reasons. I spend at least 3-4 hours a month on t mobile customer care calls. I have referred more than 15 people to T-Mobile and I'm going to ask everyone to leave and will take them to another network. T mobile needs a lesson for disrespecting their customers.
Their customer service is horrible! They out-source their representatives. Which is "THE MOST PAINFUL" experience EVER! I recently purchased a new phone. "ALL" I wanted to know is the date that it was purchased. You would have thought that I asked them something difficult! I was placed on hold multiple times and asked the hardest question "EVER"… a 2 minute conversation took 20 minutes because of the communication barrier. That is NOT the only time this happened! This is just the FIRST time I have said anything. I try my hardest to be patient and understanding, however, I have had it! I'm about ready to change services! Hopefully not ALL phone companies have HORRIBLE customer service. In-store is good. However, they can ONLY do so munch. UNFORTUNATELY! GRRRR!
I've been with tmobile 7years. Customer service is spotty but the most recent customer service agent I had-named Rose, was fantastic. She helped me resolve all my issues and took the time to explain my service and charges. Best customer service agent thus far from tmobile.
Disconnected service while I was out of the country and asks that one contact customer service. Apparently, the bill was increasing due to travel on a ship not being covered by Tmobile and to contact them. Well, I have no service to contact customer service: not via the 800 number, not through your 505 number, not via the app because the app wants to confirm your identity by sending you a text confirmation to your device (Hello, I cannot receive any texts or calls or anything because you abruptly suspended my account). I cannot go to a store because I'm overseas. I go to my online account and my balance states zero but "account suspended"; no chat feature offered... I'm closing on a house, supposed to be on duty (available by phone and electronically) shortly after Tmobile suspended my phone service, and Tmobile is causing an immense disruption on my affairs. No, one cannot easily contact you contrary to your misleading advertisement.
Answer: Take the cheapest, clunkiest, most useless data coverage you can imagine. Now imagine it not even working. You pay for something that is USELESS.
Answer: This is typical of t-mobile. It will not let me leave a review.
Answer: T-Mobile will let you keep your old number... IF IT IS AVAILABLE. I do not know the requirements or rules, but years ago, I was allowed to keep a number I had had for years past.
Answer: See, your other customers see the same thing. In plain words, you suck ass.
Answer: Better Business Bureau is the only way to force an american to talk to you
