This company used to have great customer service. For the last month it's been horrible. I've spent over $20,000.00 here and they won't return a telephone call.
Staff proactively reached out to me within one day after placing my order - one of the products was out of stock and offered a multitude of substitutes or a refund. I chose one of their recommendations and was very happy with the openness and transparency of the process.
I was sent an order of various Cubans of which 3 Partagas were substituted for Club cigaros? It took a while but all was made right. Great service. Cubans rock.
Service has simply improved steadily. Excellent portfolio of choice Cubans, very competitive pricing, and most recently efficient shipping. Responsive customer service as well.
