I had a small issue with the original order. The Customer Service Rep Oksana was in contact with me several times with updates, and after arrival (in only a few weeks) she continued to follow up to be sure I was satisfied. We spoke about my concerns and she addressed immediately and had my order re-shipped. I got that in 15 days which was amazing and in time for my daughters wedding. Oksana is a rock star, and the Cuban Cigars I received in the re-shipment are perfect. I would recommend Swiss Cuban Cigars to everyone! Great prices, great quality, and fantastic service!
I've ordered twice from Swiss Cuban Cigars and very satisfied with the product and service. Great cigars at a fair price.
The quality of the cigars in the last 2 shipments have not been very good. The wrappers of the Cohiba Panatells are mostly torn and cracked. They don't seem to be true Cubans. I also received Hoyo De Monterrey which were also of very inferior quality: the burn was not consistent and the construction was very weak.

First of all, we can assure you that all cigars that we sell are 100% authentic. We have been in the cigar industry for more than 20 years and so the trust from our customers is strong. All cigars we buy from Habano's official distributors.
All boxes come sealed with official Habanos security seals. Keep in mind that the cigars, throughout their production process, are handmade, especially the Cuban, so from the rolling of the leaves to the cutting of the labels and rings, it may not be 100% accurate every time. The quality of the product can be verified when you smoke it and check the unique characteristics of each cigar.
