I have been ordering online for over 4 years. I tried AZCigs.com about 2 years ago and have been pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service. I always get my order within 10-14 days and am very happy with the prices. I would recommend this site to anyone. Great job guys!

I have been using azcigs for over a year and am very happy with them. With the one time I had delivery problems they were very helpful and corrected the problem quickly. Very easy to use the site and track orders. You do need to tell your credit card co. To approve the billing but I am glad to see they are checking over seas purchases. I am telling all my friends about this site.

My experience with this site was excellent. Delivery was prompt and, as opposed to other suppliers, they tracked my shipment right up to the point of its delivery to me. To me this showed they care about customer satisfaction.

The following link doesn't explain anything, I see only a warning letter requesting the sites' owner to remove the words "Lights", "Ultra Lights", "Mild" etc. from the product names.Not a word about fines which may be imposed to customers if they buy from these sites. You've better read the full article instead of misinforming and deceiving people. I order from them for 2 years. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL!

I have found this site to be reliable and helpful. I trust them to send me my order and send it on time. I tried another site first and they took my money but never sent my order.

Azcigs is the most reliable, customer satisfaction at every order made. I would not use any other web site to purchase from. Prices are great, shipping on time and always a email when delivered

We have always had prompt service from AzCigs along with e-mail confirmation on shipping. If there was a problem they are quick to resolve the problem.

After experiencing a delivery problem of product I contacted their customer service and received absolutely great follow-up service in getting my delivery! Not worried anymore about ordering out-of-country.

I really can't say enough about the service I've received. Occasionally there's been hiccups with my credit card company not approving purchases for security reasons but the people at Azcigs were patient and worked with me to resolve those issues. I've always received my orders in a timely fashion and have recommended the site to friends who have been as equally delighted as me.

Been using AZ for about a year & have never had a problem, ordering thru delivery. Other sites I have tried only ship in 3 carton parcels & one or two always gets lost in shipment, who needs the agg. AZ has excellent customer service, always timely e-mails & I've always received a one box parcel for my order before the expected delivery date. It's a site you can count on & appreciate & I do!

Total scam, phone and contact info bogus, have pulled money from my checking account twice under different front names. Had to close account and reopen new one which has created a nightmare with my vendors. Oh, yeah not to mention that I never received any merchandise and I am out the money that was pulled out of my account. Steer well clear of these guys!

A relative sent me azcigs.com a while back so I'd tried it. It worked out perfectly! From the very moment that I ordered the cig. Online til the time that I received the package, azcigs had made sure that everything was going to be fine. Great service, can't ask for more!
