I'm not sure WHO is writing these 'glowing' reports- but my own personal involvement with this company has been a total nightmare! I ordered 3 cartons of cigarettes on November 9,2010, paying via electronic check. I was notified that my e-check had been approved, and my package was shipped on November 15th. GREAT!
Then I was notified that my e-check had NOT cleared, that I had 'probably' given them the wrong rounting and account numbers (which I didn't) I was told now, that they could NOT re-process my check, and that I MUST pay them with a Visa or Amex credit card. When I told them I had no such cards- they then REPROCESSED my e-check, and it cleared. HOWEVER- when I receive the notice of clearance, my e-check is NOW paid to 2000cigs.com- and NOT azcigs.com? At this point- I have NO cigarettes and I am out $87.00. It has now been ONE MONTH since I placed my order. I believe this company is a scam, and I will be reporting them for mail fraud.
Two days later, they email me and tell me that my order had been RETURNED to them! That they would RE-SHIP for free. That I PROBABLY had given them the WRONG address (which I didn't- have had the same address for 14 years! And it is clearly in my azcigs.com account!
