Cheap Cigs? Not really. I checked the price of Fortuna menthol. $39.90 a carton making each pack $3.99!
I buy them at a local store for $3.50 a pack and I don't have to wait a month for delivery.
Customer service is excellent--cigarettes always arrive before or on time. The only problem is that they seem to have a problem in getting authorization from Macys AMEX. They consistently e-mail me that authorization was denied when in fact the bank did not deny, or sometimes even receive the charge. I always have to notify them of this fact and then they get it approved. I see from the revies that another customer also has this problem. If AZcigs can get this problem corrected, I would give them 4 stars.
I have be getting my cigs for a couple of years. No problems, good prices and very fine customer service. I save a lot of money.
Also, I got my neighbor to use azcigs.

I am very pleased with the service i have been getting as of late. W started out on rocky grounds but they shipped my order 3months late but i received them right now they have my buisness.
I have been using azcigs for over a year and am very happy with them. With the one time I had delivery problems they were very helpful and corrected the problem quickly. Very easy to use the site and track orders. You do need to tell your credit card co. To approve the billing but I am glad to see they are checking over seas purchases. I am telling all my friends about this site.
After experiencing a delivery problem of product I contacted their customer service and received absolutely great follow-up service in getting my delivery! Not worried anymore about ordering out-of-country.

The selection is quite good and the prices are unbeatable. However shipping usually takes about two weeks. My last order was lost somewhere down the line and took a full month. All & all I won't hesitate to keep ordering from here.

Good prices & prompt shipment. Once my order didn't arrive in the usual two weeks. After waiting another week or so i contacted customer support. They promptly looked into the matter, determined it had been lost in the mail & reshipped the order at no cost to me. I've tried several online cigarette sites & this is the best i've found.
The prices are very reasonable. I had a delivery problem through no fault of azcigs. The post office decided to deliver my package elsewhere. Azcigs immediately e-mailed me to let me know that they would be sending a replacement package. It turned out that the post office found my package and delivered it to me so there was no need for a replacement (azcigs did the legwork to find out what happened). I am happy to know that azcigs stood behind their sale. Had the package been delivered correctly, I would have received it in 2 weeks. I will definitely do business with them again.
I have been purchasing my cigarettes from azcigs.com for about a year... never a problem and always FAST shipping. Can't beat their prices and NO FSC PAPER. That was the reason I started ordering from them in the first place. The cigarettes always stay lit! I wish they would start carrying 120's, please please please!

I was skeptical at first about ordering cigarettes online but I figured with the price of cartons in my area it was well worth a shot. I was pleasantly surprised when I received my cartons (at almost half the price!). The shipping time is long but coming from overseas I kind of expected that. I have been ordering from azcigs.com for quite a while and will continue to do so for many reasons. One being that the quality of customer service if ever needed is above 100%. The shipping time is always promp sending and receiving. The prices are outstanding and never run into "out of stock" when ordering.
