This company does not do refunds. The swim suits have no backside. Very skimy and it is not clear in the photos.
I do not recommend using this company as they were never helpful and didn't seem to actually look at what I was providing them which was very frustrating. They did not notice me before paying for products that the wait time would be so much longer than what was communicated previously.
The print quality is so poor. Can not see exact colour. Still have to look on my computer to see the colour swatches better. BUT the hardware example is good.
I absolutely LOVE the quality of swimwear and wonderful customer service. I like that it's super easy to create your own designs.
I didn't notice that the sizes run small compare to US sizes. Also, I would be happy if you start making plus size swimwear.

Hi Anna. Actually its not easy to "fix" what size guide is best for all. Many of the brands who come to us are from California & Australia & they follow our sizes.
