Absolutely horrible. Although they claim on their site that they will refund or exchange purchases, they will not. I've been going back-and-forth with them via email for over a month trying to get the return address (the site clearly states you must email them for the address, not to send to the return address on package). Basically, they don't have the ability to take returns because the items ship right from the factory in China.
I ordered two suits, both of which were shockingly shoddy quality; seriously the most laughable I've ever seen. Each suit cost around $21. First they offered me $8 to keep the suits and "give them to a friend or donate them to charity". After my decline, they went up to $12, then $18, and finally, $19. So they definitely DO NOT do refunds or exchanges. This has been the most ridiculous dealing I've ever done with a business.

Ordered two suits and one was too small. When i asked for the authorization information to return the suit it took over a week to respond to my request. Then when i did hear from them they only offered a $5 credit and told me to donate the suit or give it to a friend. I should have read more reviews on this scam company before ordering from them. They said you can get a full refund within 45 days and you are responsible for the shipping to return it. Well they give you the run around to delay the time so you can't return anything AND don't give you an address to where you can return it! Fraud!

I received a defective swim suit from Swimhoney.com.
When I contacted the Swimhoney Customer Service with the request to send me a return label for a defective swim suit to receive a full refund (on 7/23/2018), they offered to keep my order for a partial refund of $12 (on 7/29/18).
They neither sent me a return label nor issued a $12 compensation refund so far, although I contacted them several times (the last time - on 1/27/2019).

P.S. They change 1-star reviews to 5-star ones on their website!

I bought two bathing suits both the same size, one was too small and the other was too big. I bought a cover as well and received the wrong item. When I informed the business they offered to give me back $10 for the inconvenience and I could keep the items. I told them no I just wanted to return it and they are supposed to take back incorrect items as well. After multiple emails a day they still refused to return the items because the it would more than likely get lost and I would never get my money back so I asked for a tracking number. They stopped responding, I reported them to the BBB and they didn't hear anything from the business so they just closed the case and gave them a bad rating... I'm out over $50 because their customer service sucks when they have a location in the US...

Ordered on 8/1 and never got it, contacted them via email and the guy says he had no idea where the shipment went. Nice. Finally arrived in my mailbox 9/1. Sizing is absolutely wrong from the size chart (ordered S and came super Large), but the material quality is unbelievably poor, lint everywhere and very strong chemical smell. Its like a couple pieces of lowest quality fabric and plastic slapped together to make this product, and the hook in the back doesnt even hook. The straps have zero elasticity. I was just amazed, amazed, amazed but how cheaply made the pieces are. Called credit card to dispute, and tossed them in the trash right away. Disguesting.

Trying to return is a nightmare. They won't let you return but offering to keep these items from $15, $20, to $30. I would keep them and just give to someone but how could I with such poor quality.

I ordered a swimsuit through Swimhoney and received an email shortly after stating that it had shipped and was on it's way. A MONTH later I wrote the company to ask about my package and received no response. Two weeks later I emailed AGAIN and received a condescending email stating not to worry and if I hadn't received my package in 45 DAYS to just let them know. I finally got the swimsuit, and it was horrible. It fit terribly and was poorly made with seams falling out, so I went online and followed THEIR instructions for returning it. I received an email back stating they would refund me $5 if I just didn't send it back and that I should give it to a friend. This company has NO ETHICS and frankly no one would want my crappy swimsuit anyway.

This company has no ethics, no integrity, and no customer service. Their website promises that your satisfaction is guaranteed and a that you have a right to a full return, but then they refuse to allow you to return or refund your order. At first they asked me to take a $15 credit after I purchase $150 worth of suits. They simply stopped responding to me when I asked for the return information so that I could get my money back. I hope someone figures out how to prosecute these cheats. It makes me so mad that a company can operate a scam like this for so long.

I purchased several bathing suits from Swim Honey for a vacation. The pricing was affordable and nowhere did it indicate being shipped from China. 1 out of 5 bathing suits fit. The rest were made with really cheap material, see through and fit awful. I'm 5'2,130 pounds and in fairly good shape. I could not believe how unflattering these bathing suits were! I reached out to them over email 4 times over the past 2 months and they still have not processed my return. Just like the other reviews I was asked to receive a $10 credit and to donate the items to my friends or charity. I am not hopeful that this return will ever get processed and have been scammed out of $60! Do NOT order from this company!

I bought a swimsuit in green. I rinsed it through in COLD water and it lost ALL it's color. It went silver and black. I tried to get in touch with swim honey and they asked me to complete a form before they would even give me the return address. When I completed it and sent it back via email they then told me it would cost me a lot of money to return it to CHINA via freight (it's a costume not a a wardrobe) and now have stopped all communication with me totally. They are not replying to my emails or via their facebook messenger. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
