I bought two bathing suits both the same size, one was too small and the other was too big. I bought a cover as well and received the wrong item. When I informed the business they offered to give me back $10 for the inconvenience and I could keep the items. I told them no I just wanted to return it and they are supposed to take back incorrect items as well. After multiple emails a day they still refused to return the items because the it would more than likely get lost and I would never get my money back so I asked for a tracking number. They stopped responding, I reported them to the BBB and they didn't hear anything from the business so they just closed the case and gave them a bad rating... I'm out over $50 because their customer service sucks when they have a location in the US...
