This is a fraudulent company from China. They sell crap very different from the pictures shown online and take your money. They have fraudulent return policies where they are not responsible for anything and ask you to pay the shipment to China. The worst part is that they offer a partial refund or that you give the item to charity. I am feeling totally helpless trying to report this to Pinterest, Now i'm worry they could have hacked my account and steal my money.
The bathing suits they sell are sooo cheaply made! They fall apart they look like a 2 yr old made them!
I immediately contacted customer service within 5 minutes of my express checkout to change the shipping address, I received no response ever. I contacted the facebook page and got a useless, "It's shipped, nothing I can do"
Overall its a terrible company with low quality merchandise and non-existent customer service. I'd rather spend my money somewhere I know will stand by their products and services.
Ordered 3 suits off the site, they finally arrived weeks later and went straight to the thrift store bag, total junk, terrible quality and cheap material you could see right through. My extra large suit didn't come close to fitting my size 8 frame, give me a break. Save yourself the money and headache.
I ordered a one piece rash guard and got a 2 piece rash guard 4 weeks after I ordered. I didn't receive the rash guard in time for my surf lesson and it also wasn't the correct product. The material was super cheap too. I literally threw it in the garbage. Good thing the product didn't cost too much. Don't buy from this site! It's tough to tell that the items will come directly from some random warehouse in China. They should not be allowed to do business. Or they should be required to inform the customers that the products come from China via USPS so it would cost you more to send it back or reorder if the item is incorrect.
I was so happy when I received my swimsuit from Swimhoney! It arrived within the amount of time estimated and it was beautiful, fit perfect and made of great material! Would definitely recommend!
This company is such a joke. I ordered a bathing suit, then it was "in processing" for 2 weeks. I tried to cancel it. I needed the suit for a vacation that was coming up. The day I sent the email to cancel the order they shipped it out. I sent numerous emails trying to return it. They went unanswered until I sent an email stating this was awful customer service and I refuse to do business with them again. Then I was told they wouldn't take it back. Fast forward 2weeks... The bathing suit at this point still hadn't arrived. The company offered me a $5 discount for my unhappiness. Whatever at this point. Suit finally arrives... I'm already back from vacation (had to buy another suit) THE SUIT THEY SENT IS SOOOOO SMALL IT FITS MY 10 YEAR OLD! What the...?! Not even remotely the size that was stated on the site. Such a crap company. Such a horrible business. And even worse customer service. I hope whomever reads this thinks twice before shopping with them.
Same experience as previoys reciewer. Paid £18 for this swimsuit and it was not the correct shape and not like the photos. I asked for a refund and was told they do not accept refunds and would give me £5 as gesture of good will gesture. I replied asking if I could return the goods to the U. K. address on the package and I got a delivery failure message. I tried to email them again, and got the same message! This means that even if was to accept the £5 I have no way of contacting them to them this because their mailbox is not receiving mails!
What a total scam!
I purchased 2 bathing suits, after reading return policy, from Swimhoney, a site I found on Pinterest, I received them, and they were not at all what the models presented on the site. Cheap fabric, strange shape. I contacted customer service for return address and received the following message,
Hi dear,
As our policy states, our customers are responsible for the returning shipping fee if they want to return/ exchange the item because the item they choose did'n meet their expectation.So maybe you will need to know about shipment fee to Nanjing city Jiangsu province in China.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, odorless with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered, will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Would it be a considerable solution if we refund $5 to your payment account as compensation while you keep the items and send them to your friends or Charity as a gift? Normally fully refund require too much time (about 1 month shipment + 1 month accounting issue). We usually offer credits or partial refund as compensation which is way faster an easy.
