These people are pigs. I think the site is based overseas. I should have listened to my intuition when I saw that in the "about" information it didn't list an address. In fact no where on their site could I find their address. Just like others here, they never sent my t-shirt.
I bought a t shirt from the site and panicked when I read afterwards all the bad reviews. I wrote them an e-mail and got an immediate response guaranteeing that the shirt would arrive soon. It did, and it's nice. I think they have improved (I notice most of the negative reviews are a few years old). They could still improve their website though.
A couple weeks ago, I found swag-city.com because they were only ones on the entire Interwebs that had this particular T-shirt that I wanted. After I ordered it, I found the reviews on this site and honestly, it scared the crap out of me, and made me expect the total worst. So I waited for my whole transaction with them to occur before I responded here. My order was processed and shipped out in one day. They said to expect 5-15 days for delivery, and the T-shirt arrived in 12 days. The T-shirt is perfectly acceptable quality. This all happened in December, 2010. I've only bought from them once and I have no complaints (except maybe they ought to have a FedEx delivery option).
So either Swag City has turned over a new leaf relatively recently, or many of these negative reviews may be suspect.
I ordered a Red Sonja t-shirt well over a month ago and still have not received it. They do respond to my e-mails and have claimed that they have sent a replacement order. Hopefully it comes as Red Sonja t-shirts are hard to find. But I will never order from them again.
Zazzle.com is a better option and always sends things on time.
This site is completely bogus. You can even tell by their own "reviews". Seems they have them listed on their site, all gave them 5 stars... Yet there is no way to submit a review on their site. I ordered an item almost a month ago, and am still waiting. If you email them, you always get indirect answers. I experience the same problems as every other complainant. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a shirt Dec 1st, 2012 for a christmas present. I'm still waiting for it (Jan18th, 2013)
Luckily, I called Paypal, who refunded my money (even tho it was past the 45 day limit)

Unlike some other people I did receive my order, i ordered my t-shirts then decided to review the website and safe these comments, which got me scared because the guy said i can't cancel my order the day after i ordered it but after all it was nothing to worry about. One t-shirt was not poor quality but not up to the standard i wanted it to be. The other came just like the picture but i thought the hair was going to be black not green but that was my fought because the angle of my laptop screen. I ordered from England and i think i received it within 16 days. But all i was worried about was am i going to get the t-shirts. I haven't washed them yet so i don't know if the print will be fine. Well, 15 days thus far and no merchandise. I have a second email into them, but based on previous reviews, I am not at all hopeful. This definitely doesn't feel right.
Ordered 4 shirts from them. One was of acceptable quality, 3 were horrible prints; one of which had the completely wrong colors. The fourth shirt on the order, which I was charged $3 extra for XXL size, came in XL, and they have no customer service to speak of; I still haven't heard back from them days later.
Don't buy from them.
Ordered on Mar 12th, they said it shipped on the 13th, finally received it on the 28th. The shirt is in good condition & of good quality. If I couldn't find the item I wanted elsewhere I would use Swag-City again, but you have to be patient!
Though i did receive my t-shirt when they said i would 5-15 business days, i was so disappointed when it arrived. The quality of the fabric was very poor, very thin and it had small holes. I paid 20 sum dollars for this t-shirt and it sucks. After one wash it went from 2xx to medium. I thought i could at least wear this though the summer, but now its ready to be rags for the house.
I ordered 2 shirts and they came really fast. I received status of my order right away and the quality of the shirts were good! I will be coming back for more...
Swag City (MARCO in particular) are crooks! I am still waiting for Marco to send my t-shirts. I only wish that I had researched them before I spent money on the shirts!. SCUM!
I ordered a BIRTDAY present for my boyfriend from this STUPID site. (its pretty hard to find an ALF shirt) I ordered it on August 23rd, It is now September 15th. I am not looking forward to it coming because previous posts stated the shirts are horriable quality. I feel a little better because i thought this website was a scam and they just ran off with my credit card info! Haha i do not reccomend anyone purchasing anything from this site. They don't even provide a tracking number. Wtf is that?
I am so upset, I just can't believe my precious son who's birthday party is tonight will not get to wear his BeyBlade shirt. Anyone with a young son would know that actually finding beyblade clothing is almost impossible and thought this company was the answer to my prayers. My shirt was said to be shipped Jan. 30th and today is Feb. 11th and I have not recieved it. Had the shirt been for me, i would not be so upset, but so sad for my son. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
