What a shame... these people have a great website but the service is a TOTAL SCAM... they suck you in to fill out survey, BUT, they have ZERO INTENTION TO PAY YOU!

I have made over $1000 with other legit survey businesses like e-reward and Survey Junkie... NOT Branded Survey.

You will get errors during the process of earning... if you contact them... they will tell you they are reviewing why but, you will never get a response. If you are persistant / stubborn like me... you will push to the first payout level of $10... WooHoo... you made it...

AND they have the gall to ask for a reference... STAY AWAY... help me call the internet and business police on these people.

This is OUTRAGEOUS!

I have been taking surveys on several platforms for several months, tried many, discarded many, and kept a few. I thought Branded Surveys was a keeper and gave the platform positive reviews in the past, not having encountered major problems and experiencing a relatively quick cashout process in a timely manner.

My last attempt at redeeming my weekly points though revealed my cashout notification had been sent to a phone number I did not recognize, was not mine and I had no clue how it ended up there and why it had replaced my original one! This change had been made without my knowledge, consent, or permission and I never received any notification from Branded Surveys, by email, text, or otherwise, to confirm or request confirmation for this change.

I contacted Branded Surveys customer service several times over the last few days, to resolve an issue with my phone number which has mysteriously been changed without my consent or knowledge into one I do not recognize and which is not mine and not the one I originally provided them with. This morning my Branded Survey account is still hacked and showing a phone number that is NOT mine, which I cannot change online, and subsequently, I cannot redeem my points until Branded Surveys resolves this issue and gives me back my original phone number.

Branded Survey is not giving me any explanation of WHY and HOW this wrong phone number ended up on my account and WHY I was NOT notified.

After my 2 past positive experiences and relative reviews on Trustpilot, we are now heading for LESS than a star.
At this point, I am putting out a warning to anybody considering this platform.
They may be busy, but the non-explanation and non-resolution so far on this incident are UNACCEPTABLE to me.

A very pissed consumer.

1st if a survey says it takes 10 minutes, it most likely actually takes 30 because the time they claim it takes is always far less than what it actually does. 2nd this site claims you're qualified for a survey so you click on it thinking you qualify, it will say answer a few questions before we get started, it then puts you through 15 to 20 minutes worth of questions before finally kicking you off claiming you dont qualify. Waste of time. 3rd they have a direct deposit option HOWEVER, they request and require your online banking info. ALL OF IT, online ID, password AND PIN. Sounds like a HUGE scam to me. They do have other payout options but I do not have these other options as of now so I have not yet redeemed any points. WHERE THIS SITE IS CONCERNED, PAY ATTENTION TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! THEY ARE ALL THE SAME FOR A REASON, ITS NOT JUST AN ISSUE HERE AND THERE, ALL THESE ISSUES ARE CLEARLY EXTREMELY COMMON! To whomever may respond on behalf of these complaints, spare me your ridiculous automated vague excuses you keep replying to everyone else with. The replies are BS and you know it!

UPDATE: added some photos showing proof of complaints. 1st photo shows survey I qualified for, amount of points, and time it takes. 2nd photo shows they put you through questions before actually deciding if you're really qualified. The time on that photo is 10:28. The next photo is the one saying I was actually qualified, time on that is 10:35 which is already more than half of the 8 minutes they claimed it would take. Next we have the final photo for that survey which is a blank page I can only assume was an error that led to zero points. Wasted time. Then I created a paypal account specifically for this to avoid giving bank info so the last photo was branded surveys rejecting the account as many others have complained about. I also included images of my activity to give an idea of how often you dont qualify for surveys they've already matched you with. In all, I lost 14 hours, they claimed I had 1175 points, but I have no way of claiming it so at the end of the day this IS a scam and WASTE OF TIME.

You need at least 500 points to redeem, each point being worth A PENNY! It takes me HOURS to get 500 points! TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!

Not a good site in my opinion you won't get what you expect…………! Yep

If you try to take the surveys in the evening good luck! Best result is first thing in the morning.
