I just got on there tonight figuring there's a good way to make some money while sitting around doing nothing. I started doing the surveys and everyone that I've done so far just says oops you're not a match and I haven't been able to complete One survey. This thing is an absolute waste of time!

I was completely answering the surveys as transparent as possible. I literally cashed out $6 then after earning points that added up to be around $20 they banned me and closed my account and didn't allow me to cash in my points! Total scam beware! If I could leave a negative star, I certainly would. Survey Junkie MUCH better.

I have read many reviews that said Branded Surveys does not pay them, but when I tried to redeemed 1765 points yesterday. I received an email that said they will send me my reward today. I just checked my PayPal account, and $17.65 is in it. I think other people didn't get their reward because they tried to cheat the system, maybe like tried to press random options in every survey to try to finish it as fast as possible. The only thing that I don't like about Branded Surveys is that sometimes when I spent like 10 minutes on a survey, it would disqualify me and I would only get 2 points for a survey that pays 60 points. They need to fix that and at least give the customer points based on how much of the survey was completed.

Branded surveys is by far the worst survey site you can join. Low paying point system and hard to withdraw. I just deleted my account with money owed to me. Don't join them, its much better paying and legit services out there.

I've only been using this for less than a week and as the surveys are fun it takes some time to earn points but its good to make a small amount of play money. You can't quit your job and do this for a living lol.

I earned 2000 points after completing surveys for hours; however when I tried to redeem my points the withdrawal was rejected. I contacted them and only got a generic response telling me that they had deactivated my account because I had violated the terms of service (with no other explanation), despite the fact that all my info was legitimate. It's utterly pathetic; this company is a scam and will not pay you your money. Don't waste your time on them.

I've been having a splendid time working with Branded Surveys. Had asked for help from reps in re: redeeming points and was quickly and courteously given the aid and instruction I needed to proceed. It's enjoyable to be able to complete many different types of surveys.

Sometimes surveys disqualify you late or in the middle of taking the t, it says not a match. But overall, it really does payout. If you take survey for 3 hours straight, you can earn up to $5.and cash out instantly

Many surveys end in a technical error. Many surveys you do not receive proper credit. Many surveys are full when you click on them, yet they remain shown among the survey options. Many high point surveys seem to be always full. When you report an error nothing happens. I've had 50+ items that have ended in an error or that I have reported and not a single one has been rectified.

I do surveys daily, which helps me not only put money in my pocket but helps me pass the time. I feel confident when I participate in surveys because I'm earning my very own money. This matters to me because I'm physically disabled and have never had the opportunity to be independent in any way. Let alone financially. So it feels good every day to wake up knowing that I at least have a minute chance to strive for a better future. I'd like to end this review simply by saying thank you to this great company!

It is a fun way to express one's views and make a little extra pin money if one has time on one's hands. It can be irritating in that one can spend 5 minutes answering personal questions that should be in a profile somewhere only to get rejected as a participant. Recently I have run into a spate of 3 surveys only to be rejected as "survey full" only after fully completing the surveys. This seems like robbery…completing the work without pay. So lately, 20% of my time has been survey full, completing redundant personal profile information only to be rejected, or sketchy rejections after fully completing the survey. For 1 - 5 cents a minute, that's bordering on abusive.

Now that I have read the other reviews I understand how they operate. You do many surveys taking lots of your time and just before you get enough credits for a payout they say you are no longer eligible to do their surveys anymore. Such a horrible scam pulled on innocent people just trying to make a few extra dollars. Stay far away from this company, total waste of your valuable time.

I joined Branded Surveys while I was on vacation and had plenty of time. I quickly realized that you answer a lot of questions before the app freezes over, or doesn't supply the next button. I must've taken over 20 surveys and only 2 have registered. This is how they don't pay you. I'm going to file a complaint on every site possible they don't have a place to register complaints so I will do it online with us many companies as I can.

Don't even bother with it.
I spent 30 minutes on two different surveys and got 0 points. Which means I didn't make any money. The company doesn't return emails. The company is useless and really quite a scam.

They are wasting people's time and being disrespectful.

I would say stay away. Don't waste your precious time.

They locked my account without any warning, even though most of my surveys were of high quality. I explained that this was the first time I'd ever joined a paid surveys site -- I had only had this account for three days-- so I honestly didn't know if I was doing something wrong. Plus there was literally no indication of that: I had even taken their account health test the day before they blocked me, and everything was just fine.
Now they won't even pay me; my request to at least redeem my points --from my 12+ accepted surveys that passed quality review-- was denied. This whole thing seems to be a pattern too, I really don't seem to be the first they've done this to.

TL,DR: They block you for very subjective and arbitrary reasons and then you won't even get paid. Avoid them at all costs.

Only downfall it blocked my account for awhile because it said I was not doing surveys but had did all the ones available to me. So that was a bummer. Other than that I can't complain been fun. Making a little ice cream money

Branded survey is a good survey site to earn gift card, one thing I love about them is that they focus only surveys and they don't waste your time and energy with game download that you can't reach the payment level. Thumbs up.
