I used to like this survey site because of many surveys invitations that I got through my email and I already cashed out but recently, I noticed that I was not able to get survey invitations and I also tried & raise this issue but to my surprise, it seems that they didnt reply me on answering the surveys and not only that, my PENDING POINTS are still pending until now even the approval dates are already passed & now its SOO frustrating. I hope Mintvine will fix this, I hate wasting my time for nothing! I was serious in answering all your surveys. Please help & at least reply me

I used to love this site back from 8 years ago, now it has gone to the muts/dogs, to be honest along with other GTP sites, you will be lucky to reach 300 points at most before the surveys start booting you out NORTH, SOUTH, EAST, WEST and every other direction in between, hate this site with a passion you are better off with Playspot and Featurepoints at most, stay away from these jokers!

Mintvine usually sends (spams) you daily reminders of "exciting" opportunities, which you think they are actual survey matches to your profile (the one you have to tediously completed after you sign with them). But no, they are the infamous "funnels", a series of non stop profiling question that leads you to tantalisingly good surveys. But, sadly, 9 out of 10 tries you end up being screened out due to "filled quotas" or "incompatible demographics". By then, you have easily spent half and hour or more of your time without completing a single survey. Well, the 1 out of 10 that you end up completing is good, right? Well, no. Your "awarded" points are hold for 3 weeks in pending status for review, to see if you can actually collect them or not. After weeks and weeks, you finally reach a payout. It is now time to celebrate? Well, no! After you complete your transaction (let's say, an Amazon's gift card), there's a pending 48 hours or so "processing" time until you finally get your well overdue reward. Once I had to wait almost a week to get the darn thing cleared.

Now you tell me if all I have described is worth your time or not. Yes, you eventually get rewards, but I tell you, it's a friggin' struggle.

I learned today after receiving an email from one of Mintvine's scam artists associates. That I was correct these 2-5 stars are by those creeps working there just making up fake reviews!

To all of you good people that have been with Mintvine for over a year plus, and your accounts have been block or banned.
Well I am here to inform you, the money they owe you and was rejected adds up to 30-60 dollars it's been be paid but to other members!

Look at it for what it is they can't scam everyone!

This survey company is the only one makes you wait for projects to clear.

I spend about six hours doing survey after survey. I was super excited to see my balance wracking up. By then end, I had about $25. I had set my payout option as an amazon gift card. I went to payout for the first time, and it said it was processing. It seemed normal/fine and so I did more surveys while I waited. A couple hours later, it said my payout was denied. I thought that was strange, so I tried again, but this time it wouldn't let me payout. I contacted support, but they did not respond. Less then an hour later, I went to try to payout again to see if it was working, and found myself logged out. I went to log in, and it said my account was flagged, I couldn't access anything. I was super frustrated, so I sent an email to support again.

The next day I received a response saying that my account was blocked after a "thorough" review. They said I would not be able to do anything to get it back or to retrieve any of my points. They gave no explanation as to why or what I had done. I tried asking questions, but they have stopped responding.

I'm very very frustrated, as one would imagine. Not only did they seemingly block my account for no reason, but they have stopped answering me, given me no option to get my points that I worked 6+ hours for and now my account is gone. I'm so frustrated. This represents a lot of time and efforts, and they have just ripped it away with no explanation or reason.

Just been blocked by this company for not doing the surveys the way they like. Been with them for a long time think they gone bonkers like alot of things in this country

They ripped me off a little over 20 bucks and lied about me violating something. They just suck and I would not waste your time.

When you get a survey is easy to use the platform. However, I would say that you get a survey one out of 5 tries. Sometimes you are kickoff a survey after you have spent time there

I signed up with Branded Reviews a few weeks ago and I enjoyed taking the surveys. I took approximately 26 surveys. I decided to cash out and it was only $6.86. The survey I took at least 25 minutes, and when I was finished I get a message saying that cannot take any of their surveys. I contacted customer service and I got an email back saying " We have detected that your survey responses lack in quality and care. In order to ensure we retain quality for our partners, your account has been deactivated. Of course, they didn't pay me the money. So they waited until I took 26 surveys to tell me. What a scam!. I enjoy the surveys but it seems I get turned down by more than I actually get to fill out. Though I do appreciate when I get a few points just trying before I get turned down.

I think on friday i treid doing surveys and i kept getting full surveys, suddenly it blocked me from doing them, please help, i contacted them for help but no repsonse

I appreciate how it makes me think about different topics, learn, while also earning prizes. It is fun!
