My account got locked and my remaining balance has not been paid to me. Apparently I've sped through surveys which violates rules, however when trying to amend this through customer service, I found them to be very rude and unaccepting to proper conversation and that they just wanted me to go away rather than assist me with my issue. Additionally, the answer to such as DOB, job type etc, for most surveys are not allowed, and most kick you out mid-survey for 'not being a match' - what kind of honest opinion should I give then? - and they compensate your time for that survey with 3 points when the survey advertise around 20+ points or so. This is a horrible website with rude customer service and disgraceful website control.

Beware because of you make enough points they'll find a reason to block your account or make sure that the surveys are "invalid". Also, if you get close to finishing a survey it'll lock you out stating that it's "full". This whole thing is a scam and a waste of your time. Don't even bother! Also, to Branded Survery don't reply to this asking to reach out to you guys directly because IT DOESNT WORK this company has the worst customer service known to man.

After trying a half dozen other apps I found Branded Surveys.
Branded is the major leagues and the others cannot compare or compete.
Just be honest & you'll make good $$.

I'm a new member here. I'm quite content so far although some surveys are too long and make me lose interest because many questions keep repeating over and over. No problem at all with the payout

I got kicked out of over 90% of the surveys I entered another 5% of them I finished and did not get paid for and I was allowed to finish about 5%, it's a rip off it's a scam and the people should be in jail

I love Branded Surveys! They are very trustworthy and totally legit. Their surveys are fun and their platform is very user friendly. They even give you some points even if you spend some time answering some questions and don't qualify for a survey! That just shows how they value your time and dedication. And most importantly: THEY LET YOU CASH YOUR MONEY! They don't come up with thousands of excuses to stop you from cashing the money you earn, like I have seem in other Survey websites. I just love this survey app it's convenient and a easy way to make extra cash for my family needs and expenses from home or on the good at your own pace and time

After you register you will never find the same site under the same name. You will be half way through a Survey then SUDDENLY no longer qualify for it. If your lucky you may acquire the 500 points after hours upon hours to be allotted your big ol $5

Branded surveys is a good name for the survey, it's all about brands and services that people enjoy and go to and shop, Brandon surveys are great very informative, and very well worded I like Brandon surveys because the surveys are great they pay off

Today is 8/23/2022. Getting ready to cancel my memebership. Tired of being deinied after I took the whole survey. You answer all the questions, it says thank you for your time and answer. But unfortuately you do not qualify or supposedly the surveys fill up. You can sit for hours on this site and be deinied more than you get surveys. You're not the right race, you dont make enough money, you answer to slow or to fast. I have taken the same survey several times. How wouldn't I know the answers. Is there anything that is real and true anymore? I have no photos or video. Have not purchased anything form this site. They don't answer your email either. And do not like these reviews. I have used the "report Issues". Did not help.

I started this survey a couple weeks ago it easy just takes alot of time and a lot of common knowledge good luck to everyone

Glad about this survey site I enjoy answering survey to earn some money to pay bills and I am really impressed how much they give you for survey I did survey for other site and it took a lot of time to get money after I had my first gift card no more survey well so far so good thank you branded survey great job

This surveys website has the worst help service ever out there, contacted them two times about account being locked with no given reasons and could not participate in surveys, with the first attempt on June 29 and the second attempt on July 1, still no response today August 5.
So, I have decided to give it another chance by opening a second account on July 25, and I am fully aware the T&C indicated only one account per person, but since they are not solving the issue with the first account, I have no other option. However, the second account has also been locked due to the T&C, but this time is after I have accumulated just short off 1000 points. Surprisingly, this time after getting in touch I have successfully gotten a reply from someone call Hanna C on August 1. However, after replying to what seems like an automated email about the T&C, there are no follow up response.
Problem not solved, account can't be accessed, point can't be redeemed, and my time wasted.
I do not recommend this website to anyone who value their time.
This review will be posted on every review site I can find to warned people about this scam.

They scam you so much now! You complete so many and they dont give you your points! And then you complain and suddelny your account is in poor health funny aint it! Been with them for about a year now there scamming me a lot completing them and at the submit you get white screen with missing sessions or you get told not match after completing the whole thing happens to me so many times a day 80% of my surveys
