When the site was still MintVine it was better. I had no issues with it before. After they rebranded, all of a sudden I did not qualify for surveys... site downtimes were longer. My reward was always pending. They stopped giving me points so I am going to taek a break from using it

Eazy Way to make $

They are very good surveys and easy to do, branded surveys are very honest and reliable company, it's a real deal, you do the survey and you get the points, the points can be redeemed for cash, or gift cards, I enjoy doing the surveys they're easy peezy...

It is not a scam site, BUT quite often, the company finds ways to NOT PAY you even if you complete the survey to the end! They come up with different reasons such as completing the survey too fast, too slow, or not being qualified (even when the survey is completed to the end). Therefore, it is a waste of time and effort - stay away!

Always incomplete

Every time I try to do the surveys if I don't give my race or my household income it's always redirected back to the dashboard. Why does every survey ask this is that info really that relivent to every survey?

I hate to be a buster, but i have noticed when I report an issue with a survey i get an email that missing points have been credited. Really good support, but why aren't bonus points also added for that survey completion?

This site and reviews are pretty crappy. It says do not lie, but then in surveys, will force you to or you exit the review completely, after completing 40+ minutes and receive no payout. Example; my profile states that I have two children. Every survey, if asked, I say I have two children. One survey, got me in, answered many questions, then asked me about child 1, child 2, and then child 3. No option to say I didn't have a third child. I either had to lie and say I had a third in order to continue or exit with no payout. Another, it asked my annual household income and then when I typed it in, it said I couldn't put that because the range was only 0-*******. Who makes only 10k a year? Another time, I was doing a survey for over an hour and got 98% complete and then their servers went down. No payout after all that time committed. There are many, many more instances where this site screws you over. I wouldn't recommend it.

I like that I know doing the surveys I get paid in the end and is easy to do. Some sites shut down or gave me cards and they wouldn't work. Branded never gave me a hard time. Maybe give more surveys like fun surveys more higher points surveys.

My account is blocked for last 22 days. I mailed after mail for this but no reply till now. I have no objection about this regard. But I have only issue about this. Last 25 days ago I informed mintvine Admin about my paypal limitation and asked for help. He told me to refund money in mintvine paypal so that he can give be back points in my mintvine account. After his reply I refund money in mintvine paypal and he add points in my mintvine account. But matter of re-grate that my account is blocked for last 22 days and no redeem button. Actually I am total fool. It is my big mistake to ask his help. I earn my $$ by the cost my time. It is my earning $$ not yours Admin. You have no right to block my $$. I have no objection about my account blockage but I have objection about my $$. I give you my $$. Now your terms to send my $$. Your silence hurt me very much. CARE YOUR CLIENTS.

I have been submitting the daily poll answers for a while and accomulated 675 points. When I requested a payout, I haven't heard back for almost 1.5 months. When I contacted the support team about this, they said it is not paid because I haven't done anything other than daily surveys and due to this they are deactivating my account. First of all, this important "rule" should have been spelled out upfront. Second, there is no need to deactivate my account, just ask me to fill out other surveys to be eligible for the payout! Third, why don't you tell me this when I request the payout and instead wait until I contact support? All of these points show that this is a very unprofessional company that is simply using deceiving tactics to still get data from you yet don't pay you anything. Very dishonest, very unprofessional. I filed a BBB complaint as well. I am really tired of these companies that will simply get your data and give you nothing in return.

Not bad
October 2, 2022

I complete surveys and get paid but sometimes I get discontinued by 'client' after I have started the survey which is frustrating. But you just have to prepare to not complete all the surveys you start but the ones you complete you will get paid for them. At first it took 2 days to get my first payment but now it goes throigh my PayPal almost immediately. All you can do is try it for yourself.

SCAM, When you meet your 500 point criteria for a payout, as of 2022 3rd quarter, corporate as ordered to lock accounts. Selecting payout or survey will result in "You cannot conduct additional surveys" Consequently, you will not be paid for the hours put in. Support does not respond and your are left with nothing. SCAM AVOID User's signed up prior to 2022 accounts are active. They are full AVOID

Branded surveys has reported to BBB that, after my complaint, the FLAG has been removed from my account.
However, I haven't been able to access my account, and, consequently, redeem my points.
The company hasn't responded to my emails. I would like to receive some response from Branded surveys's customer service representative.

When I requested to redeem your money, they deactivated my account and they did not give my money even I was a gold member. They stole my time. They stole my personal information. Also to redeem your money they ask for your adress and mobile number. I am afraid that they stole my adress and mobile number. They are cheaters. Brandedsurveys are cheaters.

Always loads of surveys which I do not always qualify for but for those I do, they pay well and points are credited when they become due.- also points are nearly always given for NOT qualifying.
Payout takes about 5 days and you can check progress. Customers service also answers on the same day.
All-in-all, a great site and far, far superior than many I could mention.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Very Rude

My account is still Banned because I'm told I'm using proxies which iv never heard of before. MintVine has all my personal details including my PayPal account and now they won't remove my Ban iv been told there are lawyers in UK who can open a case against MintVine actually I am going to file a claim against this survey panel... any suggestions

To SURVEYS FILL UP QUICKLY because that's all you ever get on there is a pop up telling you the survey is full even though you clicked on it 0.8 seconds after it appeared in your queue. Absolutely ridiculous you would think a legit survey company would want to hear from thousands of people yet on this site it seems like one person in the world gets to take each survey and if you're not the fastest out of a bunch people who all click on it at once tough luck. Not worth the struggle...

First it's damn near impossible at times to even get into a survey as even when you click on it the second it appears they repeatedly tell you surveys fill up quickly and deny you access. Surveys must fill up at the speed of light apparently. Then when that's not happening you get "oops you're not a good match for this survey", nevermind the fact that these surveys are sent to your inbox specifically because you ARE a match. But the worst thing of all is to waste 15-30 minutes of your time, successfully get through a survey just to have some glitch not award you the payment for completing the survey which happens far too often. Then, to make matters worse there is a tab where you can click on the survey that cheated you out of payment and they are supposed to review it. 90 % of the time they come back and give you 10-20 cents for it when it was a 60-100+ survey. There are even times they claim you were disqualified after 1 minute and give you nothing as if I just report surveys that didn't screw me. If one of their bugs cheat you out of payment you at the mercy of someone from their site as to what little pittance they deem appropriate but it will almost never be the full amount it would have been had their/their partner's site worked right to begin with. It's bad enough to spend all day doing surveys for a whopping $15-20 to begin with but then to get cheated out of a few dollars a day isn't worth the grief.

I had heart attack

Hi everyone
I had heart attack because branded survey block my account without any reason I was disappointed and i had heart attack i spent my two weeks to collect 1500 points and the block my account i email to branded survey but they are not replying I'm very upset and disheartened they should inform us before block our ids and we can redeem our points
