Survey Junkie has shown a clear pattern of advertising surveys for pay and then 'locking' payment, citing some false security issue, then ignoring all communication attempts. It's been almost a month and 10 customer service requests since they did my account like all these others listed here. This is outright theft.
After attempting numerous surveys, inputting lots of qualifying information, and then getting rejected (told "oh, oh - the survey is filled"), I finally inched my way up my last $5 so I could qualify for an Amazon Gift Card and end this miserable experience with this miserable company. They were slightly better earlier this year. But, they've deteriorated a lot since then, pay next to nothing, and I'm glad to get rid of them. I'd give them a -5 rating if that were possible.
Funny, you Survey Junkie people tell me I violated something, as I attempt to verify & redeem my earned points! Got nothing but a run around, only to then be cut off! Even have the nerve to suggest I move onto specifically mentioned other 'survey's sites!? Still without fulfilling your end! Well, the REVIEWS of your site prove its You Who's Violating,(breaching an agreement)! What are the odds that so many that sign up with you seem to face the same outcome as myself... scammed into doing something for you & you dont return! Shame on you "Survey Junkie"! You should be shut down for defrauding innocent people & prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for violating our rights...! Shame on you
Through 2018, SurveyJunkie was worthwhile, but since then it no longer is worth trying. The 1-Minute surveys no longer work, nor do most of their surveys. The site states they cannot remedy these problems. It's a shame, because this company used to be pretty good.
As stated so many times by several good people, Survey Junkie starts well then goes into a rapid decline. I would really like to know if Miss Billy A. Still sings praises for them. I doubt it, and I'll wager that they dumped on her too. Some foreign Infidel is the ceo, so that may help to explain the cold hearted business policies. I would like to hear how they intend to justify this behavior on Judgement Day. John
I have been trying to get a response, ANY response, from SJ for a week now. I have had ZERO surveys since April 30, and can't redeem any points.
Yes, right now there is an ad on this page that says you can make up to $45 for a 20 minute survey. I think they meant 45 cents, because that is what most of the 20+/- surveys pay.
I have not had trouble redeeming points. I redeem for Amazon gift cards and have no experience with any other venues.
I have made about $50 in a month. But I put a lot of time in and the surveys are usually FAR longer than I was told.
This is my favourite survey site. While it's not the highest paying, they have more surveys available, and always offer 2-3 points even if you can't complete a survey, like if you don't qualify or its full.
I wish they had the option to pay via gift cards for Australians, however Paypal is sufficient
I have 4 pending cash apps pending one set for today and I've emailed twice and got no response. I'm a stay at home mom with health problems but don't get benefits so I was trying to bring money in so thanks for the scam!
I cash out with Survey Junkie at least once a week. Even when you don't qualify for the surveys, you still get 2 to 3 points, which each point is a cent. I know it doesn't sound like a lot, but I get turned down most of them, and still cash out once or twice a week. If you stay on top of checking back with them like every 30 minutes to an hour, they are always adding new surveys. I've never had a problem with getting my money via PayPal in the same instant I redeem it.
It used to be a great site to make $100-$200 a month. Some pocket money for little expenses. I worked with them for a few years. Recently… something has changed. They have started to put older accounts on hold, excessively review and block accounts. They never give any reason. So I am not sure I will ever get my last $8. It seems a very inexperienced and aggressive and frankly paranoid manager has taken over. They also block anyone who ever complains.
I liked taking surveys and making a bit of money with Survey Junkie. Recently, I have been getting a ton of sales calls from car insurance companies and health insurance companies, that must be related to the surveys. Don't know where else they would be getting my info. These businesses won't take "no" for an answer.
Also, after taking many surveys all the way through, Survey Junkie says I don't qualify and gives me either 3 points or nothing. Also getting a lot of "You are disqualified for cheating" type of messages. Huh? Why would I cheat on a survey. Anyway, Survey Junkie isn't worth it anymore.
Took me a couple of weeks to reach 1,000 points only because I kept getting disqualified from every few surveys or they said it filled up. The surveys that you can complete though, give you a good amount of points for the time, such as 50 points in 10 minutes or so. I just feel that this site is sketchy, asking for your address & name. I haven't redeemed my points yet but for anybody who did do they send mail to your address to verify your account?
I have been a member of this survey panel since June 2021 and have had nothing but great experiences so far. They send me survey invites consistently, which motivates me to log in and take more surveys. So far, I have earned almost $700 taking surveys on their website. No issues whatsoever with them so far, so that is a great thing. Definitely one of the best survey taking experiences I have had so far. This is a nice and easy way to make a little bit of spare cash or for gift cards in your spare time. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in taking surveys to voice your opinion and get rewarded in the process.
Although I believe Survey Junkie to be legit and try to provide a fair and honest venue for surveys, after doing hundreds of surveys with them I've found several companies that outright do not play fair.
In the last three days alone, I've encountered three completed surveys, and I mean completed and was then told I didn't qualify,
Of course to these companies it effects there bottom line when selling there information and not rewarding 10/20/30% of there surveys they didn't reward to people doing the surveys.
Guess the question is, who all know about it?
It's one thing to answer 10/15/20 questions and be removed, and another to answer 20/150/200 questions, COMPLETE THE SURVEY and get the magic boot.
WTN To. Oh
Start from the beginning. I had an iPhone and the frame is so small that it was hurt my eyes so I went out and got an iPod because the print bigger well I told him about it and once I got the iPod running. I deleted off my phone the app for survey junkie while I was on my iPad. I'm not too mechanically inclined with computers I had like 1400 points on it and somehow it disappeared so I got another email to start logging on made 450 points and then I was seven I found the other one in my trash mail well I told them about that. They were both on the same tablet same email and once I get the 451 up to 500 where I can cash it in I did and I close that account out on my iPad. I told him about that and then I wrote back to me, so which one do you want and I wrote to him told him that I want the one on the iPod, oh then I didn't hear nothing from him so I wrote him a letter and I found out I was blocked. So I think I was just Lee treated unfair personally. I wasn't trying to pull a fast one or anything night. I let them know what I was doing. I mean I enjoy doing a Surveys. They quite a little a lot of money on it but I still think it was right at what I did John Cabe
You spend 10-15 minutes on a survey answering 10+ questions where you think you're getting 80 points, only to be told you didn't qualify and then they give you 2-3 points for your time. It's insulting, just keep the 2 cents, it's clear you need it more than I do.
The first 5.00 was easy. That's all you'll get. From nor giving you the points, to ending surveys half way thru. If I wanted 2points (2cents) to do a survey. Then they sell your info. Total scam beware!
After several weeks I finally had over $10 to redeem, only to be told that address given was invalid. Local USPS office stated that address was, in fact, valid and all mail was deliverable. In addition, I have been receiving mail for over a year at same address including letters from social security, medicare and Medicaid as well as items ordered online. Response from company has been repeatedly the same. I realized too late that surveyjunkie.com has no other avenues to find help. Lesson learned: always look for a tel. Number and virtual help desk before doing business with anyone online. Caveat emptor and due diligence always. At least it was an inexpensive education in the perils of doing business with a less than reputable firm. Good day and good luck.
It can take all day to get 500 points. That when you can cash out. It isn't a career, so the little extra change is helpful, however. This particular survey site lets you deposit into your bank. Some only use gift cards ur PayPal. About 15% of surveys freeze at the end and don't give you the points after doing the work. The customer service is no help and they don't have a phone number. Over 50% of surveys you won't qualify but you get 2 or 3 points for trying. Most hugger point surveys are very directed so most people don't qualify. They run promos like complete 3 10-point or greater surveys for 10 days and earn 500 extra points. That's $5.
I can't affirm that this is a scam site or not but I was only able to cash out and redeem my rewards to my Paypal account the first time. They send you these stupid "codes" that you can't get through to get paid. Error messages and then they block you out for an hour. I've tried both with PayPal and checking account transfer and as soon as I go thru the big trouble of putting in these long complicated *codes* I can't claim what they owe me. In the meantime there's no one to answer questions. Monday through Friday they have in their help section but we haven't heard anything back yet despite our messages. I don't think any of these survey sites are to be trusted, sooner or later they show their true colors. And they don't value those who work for them.
Answer: I'm having the same issue rip I don't think we're getting it back
Answer: Don't bother. They won't pay you. Survey Junkie is a scam.
