I am member of a few survey sites and nobody ever asked to send them photo of my drivers license. For me that is asking for trouble - who knows where they gonna store that info. It got my picture, date of birth and address - how convenient to steel my identity… No reasoning with them… so good buy Survey Junkie - i hope others want send them so sensitive info

Using this site to earn money is problematic. Many times you will begin a survey and after you have answered so many questions you are told that you don't qualify because your information doesn't match or you have answered too quickly. Another is answering a number of questions (which takes time) you begin the survey only to be told your answers were not saved and to try another survey. Another big problem is having answered the questions you are suddenly confronted with an error telling you that the survey has been filled up, which begs the question how did I even get to take the survey? HMMMMM... Maybe picking up loose change in a parking lot would make you more money.

I am not sure about the issues others are having but this has seriously worked for me so well I have already told like 5 people and I have just started using this site about 6 days ago. I have already racked up almost 4000 points in this time. Sure it takes a lot of time in a way to get points, but I've already cashed out to make sure this was legit before investing too much time into it and let me tell you it has. I was able to put in my bank information and it said in 4-5 business days the money would be there and it only took 2. SO despite these negative comments, I have had a good experience with this website. After all you know what they say, people are more likely to tell you about something they dislike and doesn't work rather than tell you about something they do like and does.

When I first joined, it was great. Lots of surveys. Now I can't seem to get any surveys. They have surveys on the board and when you click on it, it says... oops... this survey is closed or you don't qualify and what really gets me is when it says you don't qualify before even asking the initial questions. It's like since making a certain amount of money, they cut you off. It's awful but I continue because it's one of the only sites that do direct deposit. Another thing recently is certain companies surveys won't load.

You are wasting your time if you join and do these reviews. There are plenty of other sites much better than this that actually give you the money you deserve for answering questions. Plenty of times you start a survey and complete it and then it says you get 3 silly pennies. I just wasted 20 minutes and it just did it again. No way would I go back to this. Is just not worth your time.

I have tried for several weeks to get paid for the points that I have earned. All that I have been getting is the run around by email with Survey Junkie. They tell me to request again and I get no response. They must verify your banking info from what I understand. They should adopt the same policy as others do and verify by small deposit as others do. I do not recommend Survey Junkie to anyone. It is a waste of time and many times you get disqualified or no credit given for your survey. I would give negative stars if I could.

#Bad business customer service #rip off

Hello, We joined Survey Junkie and created an account. We did surveys all day long. We only earned $3.25 for hours of work. The next day my account was no longer working and we used the correct password. Survey Junkie said it was the incorrect password. We elected forgot password but they did not send us anything. We think Survey Junkie is junk! You can never earn much money doing their surveys and they kept our earnings too! This is a scam game!

After being inactive for 2 months, I decided to complete some surveys. I qualified for the first one I clicked on. After giving answers of a paragraph or more, uploading 4 different pictures it asked me to google and then answering more lengthy answers, I finally reached the end. I clicked submit and it said "we are sorry you did not qualify, this survey filled up." And it gave me 2 cents for trying. I spent over 30 minutes giving honest answers, uploading pictures and more. I believe my answers were recorded and airbnb benefited. Instead of compensating me the amount I was promised, I received 2 lousy cents.

This has happened to many so many times over the years causing me to use Survey Junkie less and less. My time is worth more than 2 cents and do are yours.

I've taken over 100 surveys and at least 25 of them you get all the way to the end and the word ERROR pops up. You advise their customer service department and they tell you they can't do anything unless you have the survey number. ( which is at the very beginning when you first hit the green bar).
That's the only time you see it. Who remember's it?

I have been trying to cash out for over 2 weeks, it won't allow me to take or load of picture of my ID. Tech support won't answer my emails or call me. Stealing from people after you spent the time to complete the surveys. What a waste.

I was 50 points away from cashing out when Survey Junkie stopped sending me further surveys. The homepage is blank. I've contacted customer service multiple times but they never responded. Their social media team is also unresponsive.

You have to e-verify sending your driver's license to receive $5.00. Plus take a photo. Survey Junkie will ask you over 20 questions then say you don't qualify give you 2 or 3 points after clearly you completed a survey. I was doing surveys fine. Survey Junkie had a Xmas contest suddenly no surveys available. Some of the questions ask you your email and home address, phone #, your children's names and birthdays. How much your parents have invested. My opinion too many race questions. They ask the Hispanic question more like it's a census. The ask if your gay over and over. Why? They asked your hair type on a voting question. The surveys are also done outside of the US. I don't know how safe it is from cyber theft. Since I've been doing surveys my phone is getting several fake messages saying I have a package waiting please complete my address. My opinion surveys seems to only accept certain demographics. Surveys ask where are you doing the surveys house, Cafe etc. The surveys seem very intrusive. Some surveys ask you your Facebook account page info. I've done surveys for over 15 minutes then was kicked out right at the end. Some surveys kick you out saying you weren't being truthful although you haven't answered 1 questions. That makes your score go down so you get less surveys. It takes 4 hours to get $3.00. I did while I was watching tv.

I couldn't cash in points over 600$ worth or I'm considered a contractor and they want my ss#. O giving. New year starts ******* points can't get gift cards because it's to much. Don't have a pay pal and not getting one. I loose lousy group avoid

Survey Junkie is nothing more than a scam site that pretends to be a survey site. They expect you to do these 10-30 minute surveys, only to either:
1) Deny you 95% of the time,
2) Ask for personal information such as an ID (almost no other survey site does this)
3) Pay you literal chicken change for wasting hours of your time
4) Glitch and simply say you weren't qualified after spending 20+ minutes on a survey.
5) Withhold money from you by saying your account wasn't verified (even though it was).
6) Leave you on silent and have almost non-existent customer service
7) Will purposely decrease the amount of surveys you get after you cash out once

And much, much more. This app/site and the people who run it are a bunch of scam artists and I can't wait for the day when their trash@$$ company goes belly up and goes bankrupt. F##k these guys, don't waste your time on these absolute clowns.
