This is my second year with Support Pets and I've received my documents both times quickly and efficiently. The same doctor did my renewal which is really great too! I received my renewal within 12 hours of submitting my questionnaire. There was some kind of glitch with my auto-renewal and I had to manually do it, but once I contacted support they were fast in figuring out what happened and resolving it! The ESA approval/renewal and customer service are both top notch and I'd recommend Support Pets to anyone interested in making their pets an ESA!
