I'm so glad I came across Support Pets when I was searching emotional support animals. I've recently had a pretty major trauma and I feel a lot of anxiety when away from my dog. I never thought I'd be one who needs this service, but here I am. Support Pets made the process quick and easy. And it's a comfort to know that if needed, I can take my dog with me to places that would have normally not been accessible.

I received the esa letter but I also bought the certificate, ID cards, and XL harness and I still haven't received them items yet but I was charged 63.00 extra plus the 94.00 for the esa letter but most of all I would recommend this site to a lot of people who needs to service their fur baby

I'm so happy that I applied for the ESA with my pup, Joey. I have received the approved documents from the doctor. However, I haven't received the tag and card, and Joey's vest yet. A little more organization from the company would definitely give it 5 stars. So far, their emails with the same questions are really confusing me.

The process is quick and easy, for the price I think the letter should last at least 3 years. Overall I'm satisfied.

Im a Therapeutic Foster Parent and I have kids that calm down when my dog is around so I ordered my ESA documents and I got them the next day.

My experience was fair. I had to take the survey 3 times to get the documents and the links didnt work to download them once I got them. But customer service sent them to me a different way. So it all worked out.

It was smooth and easy. At first I was worried but making my dog become an ESA dog really brought relief. Now I can bring my dog into public transportation, and he can live with me in my apartment with proof of documentation.

I received my documents within a reasonable time but I also ordered an ID card and tag which I have not received. I inquired and was told since they were custom items it would take longer. But it's been a really long time.
