My experience has been great. I received my documents within the 24-48hour. As we was traveling to see a sick Aunt. Checking in hotel showed the clerk my documents on my phone and there wasn't any problems.
Second trip no problem, but third trip, the clerk asked me what kind of support dog is he. I said by law you can't ask me that. As we was checking out there was a charge for Diesel. Husband is handling that.
We haven't received our vest or I'd card, or tag.

I am definitely grateful for your service as I have two baby boys (kittens) who have become menders of my broken heart and one animal in an apartment is expensive enough much less two. Thankfully here in my state if the animal is an ESA we are not charged a pet deposit. It's not just about the money though because they are both very much emotionally supporting me since I lost my other baby of 17 years. The only thing I would complain about is I needed their weight changed on their documents and it took almost 3 weeks for them to get that done for me. The customer service was very vocal when it came to what was happening and going to happen when I first signed up but after that they didn't tell me if anyone was working on it or when I would be receiving the updated documents. They were computer generated emails. So that wasn't cool, especially since I had just raved to all my friends about how easy and awesome the website was.
