The process is pretty easy they will try and upsell you some things that cost extra. I bought the vest for my dog and the tag but that's it the papers are email to you which is easy. And the customer support team is very responsive and friendly. Only reason it's not 5 stars is bc of the up selling it would probably be easier if they made a store front instead of making you click "no thanks I don't need this" bc if ur new to this you don't know what you need. Great experience overall though
