It was fast, easy and fun. And I notice with my doctor that I have anxiety problems, so my dog was perfect to help me with that.
I had planned to get a dog named Gabbi and STARTED to fill out the paperwork for her. That purchase did not happen. I never finished that paperwork. Then I found another dog named Sheldon. I purchased. Sheldon and filled out and submitted the paperwork for Sheldon. The two sets of paperwork kept getting confused. But it was finally straightened out.

It is hard to find a phone number to customer service on your web page. It is also hard to understand the payment option on what to uncheck or keep a check mark too. I needed information on what the uncheck or check marks mean and your Customer Service personal was not a billing CS. She did not transfer me to a billing person nor suggested the option. I am not a typist, so I do not like the chat option. At the end the CS indicated I would have the option to delete what I do not what. Luckily, I did not take her instruction because I DID NOT have the option to delete.
