How do I cancel the Official ESA Lost & Found GeniusTag is Coming Your Way, I do not need that and did not mean to order it at check out. I thought that it was part of that certificate. Please cancel this or send my instruction on how to cancel. Besides the confusion at checkout I thought the process was easy and straight forward questions.

I've been on the program for 3 years. When my apartment changed its policy to charge more rent money to pet owners. The ESA program saved me $480 per year in excess fees and I started taking my dog with me more on shopping trips; rather than leave her at home alone. Next Year I'm planning to take her on her 1st airplane trip to the East coast.

Took about 5 days not 48 hours like the site says but honestly is retrospect that's still not long at all and I am so happy to have my documents and the support team replied super fast
