This was quick and easy. I am still waiting on the vest and things but other than that the process was easy and helped me out a lot for taking my dog wherever I go with no questions.
Since my dog is a pitbull it makes it hard for me to take her anywhere because people want to just judge her right away but what they don't understand is that I need her. And now having this it's awesome and I never thought I'd be able to do it but support pets made it possible for me to always have the animal that helps me by my side no matter where I go or live

Once I was approved, the process had a small delay where I had to reach out to customer support but they were quick with the response and rectified the issue. I'd use them again when it's time to renew my letter.

I've had Oakley registered as an ESA for over a year now through support pets and I'm very grateful that they make it affordable for you. I get to take Oakley everywhere I go. Restaurants, traveling, homes and apartments etc! The only thing I wish they did was give us the option to do longer than a year because I have to reapply every single year and it would be nice if they gave recurring customers a discount or something to make them stand out from other sites who do offer that.

I got my ESA documents within a day of me applying. Everything looked super professional. There indeed was a license number and doctors name plus a Signature! And to top it all off, my stingy apartment complex approved my dog! :) super grateful i came across this site to keep me and pup together

While answering the questions and getting the paperwork was just fine the number of emails and "just one more step" and then followups was a LOT. I'm still unsubscribing from marketing emails that seem to keep coming...

I thought my order was complete then I kept getting other texts and emails with different costs, now I'm confused at just what I ordered and how much it cost. I've given my credit card info like 3 different times
Very confusing lots of extra stuff sent in between what you were doing main frame worried about spam and scams of course these days you never know... So need the paperwork on my cat who thinks she is a human Louise because of her is all worth any kind of hoops to jump through loop's or heels got to climb. Thank goodness FOR THE support.
