Took payment for what I purchased and proceeded to not send it. I've been going back and forth with them for almost 8 MONTHS to get this fixed. Everytime it's the same old "well expedite the process and contact you shortly"...every...single...time. By the time this gets fixed, I'll need to re-register again. Insane. Save your money and go elsewhere.
