I am so impressed with how carefully Supermarket Italy wraps their merchandise so that it arrives safely at the other end. I ordered jars of tomato sauce - glass jars - and they came carefully bubble wrapped in the box plus there was packing paper in place as well. It's obvious that Supermarket Italy cares about their merchandise and most especially about their customer satisfaction. Great company to order from and great customer service!

I live in a rural area where it can be difficult to find critical Italian ingredients and products for my cooking and cleaning at a reasonable price. Supermarket Italy has a great selection, they package items as carefully as possible, and ship quickly. I love it!

I like the products I have bought thus far! I'm from Hungary, so it is sometimes hard to find products from there and Europe in general in the US. I'd recommend this website, but customer care has got to improve and tracking numbers should be provided!

This is my second time shopping with supermarket Italy and I am satisfied. However, when an item is out of stock, it takes a long time before they receive it from Italy.

I enjoyed all of the unique items that were available on the website for purchase. I will be shopping with Supermarket Italy again very soon. The items were packaged with great care and the store sends a follow-up email to make sure your package was delivered. Very nice touch!

Found this shop during COVID times to get real pine nuts. Now that we are almost out of the one lb. tub, I returned to get more, plus some pastas. My one major issue is that the shipping time was far too long, as if the shipper or someone dropped the ball. That was a little disappointing, but everything arrived intact.

Wonderful website, quality products, excellent customer service, but terrible shipping with USPS. Might as well ship with someone walking across country. Please use UPS or FedEx for the price charged shipping.

I have been generally happy with products and services from Supermarket Italy but am put off that when ordering the order sheet asks for a tip. I appreciate good service and tip will when I am purchasing a service such as food, haircuts... But tipping for a product doesn't seem right. If your employees need a tip for a living wage, that speaks poorly for your company.

I appreciate that you sent a follow-up email to confirm delivery but resent having to fill out a review as part of the confirmation. Again, bad form.

I have the best time shopping through all the products at SuperMarket Italy. They have the best selection, great prices and they ship so quickly!
I love finding new products to try and can count on them to get good quality products from around the world to help my holidays, dinner parties or every day meals a special treat for my family!

I found rare items not available everywhere else. Everything was fantastic. Fast shipping. I just wish there was less packaging used, or maybe if they used paper packaging instead of bubble wrap so I wasn't generating so much waste. Otherwise TOP NOTCH

I have not tried the product yet. I never received the first shipment, although Fedex swore that it was delivered to the right place. I have checked every day and it never showed up. I did have a replacement sent to me which I appreciate but I went away from the conversation, feeling like I was trying to get two orders for the price of one. To avoid problem with delivery on the second order, I had it held at the local FedEx store and I picked it up.

It feels like the selection you'd find at a little corner store at the edge of a downtown area, 1 part specialty boutique, one part fresh deli, one part convenience store for office workers to grab a quick bite. I got more emails that I enjoy that this feedback request seems way too intensive.

The order went very well. The only drawback I see is that if the bottles were placed in boxes of six and then placed in another bigger box with padding for shipment would be better than individually wrapping the bottles in all of the plastic used! Otherwise a good price and experience. Thank You

I received my first order quickly and will Order more. But my phone calls or emails were never answered. I wanted to inquire if there was an actual store that I could visit and never could contact you - you should have better customer service or at least put the information on your website. I now know that you just have a warehouse and no store, but that can easily be noted on your website. Other than that, I am satisfied.

I was looking for some specific items online when I stumbled upon this store. They were the only ones who carried the products I needed and at a reasonable price! Shopping was easy, delivery was super fast. Looking at the other items in the store I see I will be coming back due more. Hope you will expand your offerings to incorporate even more family favorites!

My items were carefully packed and wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent breaking. Shipping was fast. My only complaint is the items that required refrigeration were not kept cold and arrived at room temp.

This bread is hard to find in local or even speciality food markets!...it's been a staple in my pantry for 50 years!...whole foods was last place i could ever find it...but since amazon
