Site was easy to navigate and received my products pretty quickly. Would definitely use them again for other niche items. Only downside was I never received a shipping notification. Still received the items about a week after ordering, so not bad

Very happy to have found some specific pantry staples that I love- while also being able to shop for some new items that are more interesting than typical American groceries. This site is a very nice way to get Italian imports!

I'm using an Android system to make my selections and the experience is annoying because every time, when I look at any product and push back the site send me to the top of the products list. You can pay attention on this because you are loosing money and many clicks. Other everything is excellent.

Excellent quality but...dang, so expensive! I figure there are many expenses involved in procuring and selling these goods. It was nice to be able to taste foods I haven't had in a while, but not a luxury I can afford often.

As far as customer service is concerned, Maybeline kept me in the loop on my way overdue shipment. I assumed the delay was due to the SMI warehouse but when I finally received the package and noticed a gaping hole in the side of the box, I realized the problem was with our outstanding USPS. They totally bungled my order and made it look like SMI was the problem. Thanks to superior packaging, all items were fine and undamaged. Also a shout out to Angie. For her help.

Found the product I was looking for with easy ordering and hulk discount which was appreciated. Unfortunately two of them items were broken when received and a waste. I didn't make a claim because honestly forgot about with life til the survey email. Happy though with my order and realize it was an honest mistake with shipping.

Supermarket italy is so efficient and informative. I love ordering from the market. When an item was out of stock, they tracked my request and informed me as soon as the market received the item. Plus their products are of great quality! Thank you for your exceptional service to your customers.

I have ordered this product for years and loved them. I know these lentils are smaller than other types, but the last two shipments, including the recent have brought very, very small ones, like tiny stones.

The selection is like no other! If you want authentic Italian products at a very reasonable price these are the folks you go through. I have shopped online at other websites (Amazon, Walmart, and others) and nothing compares to Supermarket Italy. Look for yourself and you will find that they have the best prices.

They have lots of good products, and the pricing is fair, but try to buy enough to get a deal on shipping, because for a single product purchase it's expensive. The item, in a glass bottle, was packaged securely and arrived in perfect condition.

Very excited to receive my first order. A few items that I really enjoyed during our visit to Italy. Unfortunately a couple of items were not included, but I did receive an email notice and refund prior to my delivery arriving which was appreciated.

I was worried with this order because of the amount of pasta in it but the whole order was impeccably packed such that only 2 pieces of pasta broke out of 6 packages I ordered. Your prices are better than Amazon and the flat rate shipping makes ordering a breeze. Extra points for the sheer variety of gluten free pasta you carry.

I discovered this site while looking for candied citrus peel for making fruitcake. Their dried peel is superior to any I have seen over many years. I especially like how groceries on this site can be perused by regions. I will definitely be back to try more items as I was very satisfied with the candied peel, tea, and cinnamon sticks that I purchased.

Everything was great with the order, but the packaging of the bottles was heavily reliant on bubble wrap. Lots of it. Which, considering its glass bottles, is better than the alternative (broken product). However, it would be great if they used something more environmentally friendly because I'm going to be ordering a lot of these bitters.

Last delivery very unhappy.
The delivery service left my package outside the building.
I reside in a 45 stories high rise.
Anybody could have taken that package.
It should be left with the doorman of the receiving room was closed.
I hope it will not happen this time.

I grew up in areas with Italian markets and haven't been able to continue my traditional holiday baking since I moved. I was so grateful to find your shop, with every item I've been looking for and more at reasonable prices. Thank you for allowing me to feel myself again.

I ordered 3 bottles of Grenadine by mistake. I am visually impaired and haven no use for grenadine so I returned them but have not heard anything back as far as credit.if there was any chance I could have used them I would have kept them because it cost me $15 in shipping to return them. My stupid!

Everything is organized and easy to find. I just searched by Country and Clearance to find the items I wanted. I also found some tasty surprises.
Big thank you to the warehouse crew. Every item of sweets was wrapped in bubble wrap. My bread was cushioned with recyclable paper. I appreciate the extra care taken.
