So thrilled to find the marmalade I wanted when my local market ran out of Bono Sicilian Marmalade. Reasonably priced, and the shipping cost was amazingly low. The company even contacted me to ask if I had received my order, or to contact them if not. Very impressed with their excellent service. Thank you!

I've been using your store quite often and always purchased same coffee beans in regular bags which was always great but this time you sent me a bag which was airtight and coffee tasted totally different (much worse) Please advice me whether these beans were exposed to air or anything else before

By the time my meats and cheeses arrived, they were room temperature and the ice packs had completely thawed. The food didn't arrive next day or even within 2 days. Could be the shipping company. I don't know.

Good, but would have been better had they used UPS. UPS almost always puts packages by my front door. FedEx drivers often do not give themselves the trouble to come up the walk, or even up the driveway.

I love shopping at little Italian markets but don't always have the time to drive to one in neighboring town. Shopping online with Supermarket Italy was like visiting my favorite Italian shops. Such a treat. Service was remarkable.

It's easy to shop here and there is a large variety of products offered at different prices. Supermarket Italy has detailed product descriptions which include product origin, size and expiration date. They carefully pack all your treasures and ship them quickly to your home. They have by far the greatest variety of Italian meats and cheeses available.

As stated previously...Ordered the Cherries on 5/19 to have on hand for the Memorial weekend celebration. Credit card processed and monies issued 5/22. Product not shipped until 5/25. Languished in delivery and finally delivered on 6/2. Surely thought that I had placed my order in ample time for arrival by the holiday but...understand that is not something I can depend on as I had received products quite promptly with my previous orders and can't rely on past results.

The selection of products is good, the prices fair… but when I received my order, the amount of plastic packaging used was shocking, and not necessary (really way too much!)
I will contact the website directly, and will give it one more try to see if they change the packaging to paper ir something more sustainable.

My current and past experiences are excellent, I received all the products that I cannot find anywhere else in an efficient and fast manner. Very happy to have found this website and to be able to purchase items that make me feel like I am home. I also appreciate the great care taken in wrapping every item to make sure that everything arrives not just fresh but intact!

As I say above... so far so good. I'm a first time buyer. Selection is pretty good. Prices, however, are either super great or super expensive. Pasta prices are high. I can get much cheaper on Amazon vendors. Wish you had license to sell Italian wines!

My items were excellently packed! I've had oil shipped before from other vendors who couldn't seem to figure out how to pack a glass bottle so that it could arrive at destination intact. Supermarketitaly knows how to pack their delicious bottled goodness.

I was asked to verify receipt of my order. I had purchased 7 varieties of olives for my mother as a gift. She instead received only 4 varieties, getting 2 pounds each of 3 types.

I informed your customer service dept. of this and they asked me to send a picture of what was received. My mother is 87, lives 1000 miles away, and does not have a smart phone nor camera, so that was not possible.

I have since been ignored by your customer service dept. Oh, well. There are other places to shop for expensive olives.

I grew up in the NYC metro area and always had access to quality Italian products... but I moved to the Midwest... and it is really hard to find certain items locally.
Supermarket Italy solved a lot of issues for me... though I wish delivery were a bit faster.

Everything I ordered was exactly what I wanted except the one product I was most looking forward to. One wrong item makes this an average review. The products came in time and delicately packed. Waiting for a resolution. If not for that I would have given it 5 stars.

The beans smelled and tasted spoiled. The packaging says to keep refrigerated! I'm not sure why a perishable product would be sent through USPS (very slow) mail. Wasted money and 3 lbs of beans in the garbage!

My items arrived fairly quickly and very safely. There was perhaps more packaging than was strictly necessary to protect the bottles.

As for shopping, I'd like it to be easier to sort, but the selection is great.

Shopping was quite easy for my first spree. With the large selection of Authentic foods to choose from, I could have easily gone way over my budget. It was Quite a delight browsing the "aisles". Thank You.
