Received a package of spoiled octopus that was very late getting here. Had to throw it in the garbage very disappointed have been trying to get my money back for days Neither Supermarket Italy or FedEx seem to want to make it right have nothing but bad things to say about both companies at this point. If you can help refund my money, it would be greatly appreciated

From beginning to end, my experience with Supermarket Italy couldn't have been better. They were on top of it and kept me informed along the way. They really made me feel that I was important to them as a customer.

Tired of broken jars & dented cans from other source, I gave you a try. You put a good effort into packing, but (unfortunately) one of the two jars of Silly Cow Farms hot chocolate mix arrived broken. Maybe the only solution is to not order items with breakable containers. I may order from you again but only the unbreakable items.

Everything is good but did not receive any Cento White Clam sauce at all! I ordered 5 cans, and none came in my package. Waited a bit to see if they would arrive separately but nothing. I'd like the sauce sent to me rather than a refund. Thank you very much!

I placed an order for flour and received olives, I could see the mix up in the labels. I called supermarket italy and they sent me a return label for the olives and sent out my flour order to replace the mix up. It took all but 2 days to receive my order. Excellent Service.

When I was placing my order, a little glitch must have happened. I was not credited with my discount when I checked out. I sent a note to customer service and got an immediate response from Angie, who took care of my discount so speedily and graciously.

It's nice to be able to purchase a variety of products not readily available locally, even in a big city. They have a great selection of products, fair prices, good sales, and always very fast shipping from Supermarket Italy.

This is the first time I'm ordering from this website. It's not that easy to navigate between screens. Otherwise, the selection of items is very good.

Except for the Italian cookies I ordered, which were very good, the tortellini and truffle olive oil were not good and a big disappointment. I am waiting to see how the other pasta products I purchased are. As of now, I will not be shopping at SupermarketItaly.com again.

These shipped fast and were expertly packed. Their shipping rate was very reasonable, but by the time you factor in that cost, my two cans of tomatoes get rather expensive, but I was 100% pleased with the quality.

Even better than I had hoped! You never know buying stuff on line but in this case the product was even better than I had imagined it would be when I read the description. The Columba Nocciole was very light, not to sugary and as each guest took their first bite, they were saying, "This is amazing!" Bravo.

Supermarket Italy was very responsive. Some items were out of stock, they contacted me asking if I wanted a replacement or a refund, we sorted it out. I have my beloved Vincotto and life is good. Thank you Supermarket Italy.

I ordered several assorted flavor chocolates from Supermarket Italy and they were delivered to my door in perfect condition. These are great gifts to give to your someone's special for the Christmas holiday!

Saw their ad on Facebook. Wanted to help small business. Went to their website. Ordered over $50 of their food- nothing outrageous-- all readily available. They had my money in 2 minutes. Next day received an email acknowledging order, but no delivery date. I emailed twice, asking for delivery date. Response was "... maybe in 10 days..." Finally delivery came- packaged very un-professionally. Food was warm. The chunk of speck had white specks under the wrapping. The paper ingredient list was old falling apart paper. Have not eaten any because it may be bad. Never ever again-- these people cheat OLD CRIPPLED LADIES.

I was blessed this past week's end with an early screening of Pig starring Nicolas Cage, my spirit animal. Exquisite film. It showed the same highest bar quality that the rich and rare fruit of the earth truffle shows those divinely blessed enough to seek and feed upon its rich and musky reward. I had always been curious and aware but had not up to this point did any real dedication to procuring, that is until a Google search led me to your store. I'll be a customer as long as you are open. Thank you for this experience.

I am a returning customer and never had problem with delivery. Unfortunately, the price of this item doubled so I don't order it often any more, just once in a while. They used to offer 3-pack for little better price.

I was a little nervous shopping, but everything arrived as promised and so well protected, nothing was damaged or broken. Very respectful of our purchases. Says a lot of good things about your company. Not many remote stores do such a thoughtful job. I'll be back.

Amazing product selection. I'll be back as a customer for sure. I would work on a better way to ship refrigerated items. The foil sleeve and ice pack were near room temp to touch when I received my cheese.

3 of 6 packages were broken up pieces. The second time this has happened. Outer box and packaging were fine, so I think it was broken to start with. Should never have been shipped. I won't order again.

Overall I am pleased with my shopping experience, the package arrived super early and it was professionally put together. I did not give a five star simply because one of the two is really smaller than the other.
