Supermarket Italy

My wife and I are from New York City. We now live in North Carolina. We love it here but it is difficult to get good Italian food supplies. We are so grateful that we discovered Supermarket Italy. We can count on them for getting us quality Italian foods at a reasonable price with prompt service.

Best price and great experience. The last place i ordered from delivered in a open bag all in pieces. It just did not feel safe to eat. We did try the other brand. I really didn't want to cause they were open but took very small bite and was stale. I opened these sealed packages no broken shells.Packed wonderfully and so tasty. Thank you

When they have what I want in stock, this company provides a great product at a very good price and quick delivery. Bonus points for the super secure delivery, no skimping on the bubble wrap! Thank you!

It's always easy to order. I'd definitely like to try the pickled garlic in oil, but my order was refunded for this one item. It must be out of stock. Looking forward to trying my purchase, I just haven't had a chance yet.

Wonderful Italian products. A lot of choices. My order was delivered quickly and the items were packed with so much care. I will definitely order from Supermarket Italy as my "go-to" place for real Italian food.

Love Super Market Italy however did not receive part of my order; instead received a refund due to out of stock. I really wanted the items (ordered 4) since they were on sale, the total gave me free shipping, use regularly and they're still advertised as on sale and in stock.

Finding products and ordering online was fine. Previous shipments have worked out okay. This shipment was well packaged, but the contents were very badly banged up. The olive oil can is severely dented, and many of the cookies are crushed or broken.

Perfect! These are only sold in one market which is 45 mins away. Do I looked them up on line ordered from a different site, took over 2 weeks to get and they were all broken and crushed. Supermarket Italy's cane within a week and not a one was broken or crunched! Will definitely order from this site again.

I have purchased your stuff before always good, you cannot find one gallon sizes in stores, we go thru lots of Olive oil it makes sense to buy in bulk, way more economical. I'll keep going back as long as you still have your products. Thanks, JW

Everything is great, but I wish I knew a little better estimated delivery date. Turns out, we received the package in 3 days, which i would consider quite prompt, and i was happy with that time frame. Just that it would have been nice to have a shipping update or tracking number when it shipped. Besides that, website worked fine, ordering was not complicated, no overbearing suggestions or ads. Clean and quick ordering experience.

I just hope it all gets here by mon... They don't include a tracking number or even a carrier so you kinda guess when things will arrive from when things get popped in the post on their end, and wound up arriving before even I anticipated!

I like this market, items that are not readily available elsewhere. Prices are fair. Customer service via text is a bit slow and back and forth, can't always get questions answered quickly. But overall I am satisfied with the experience, i will continue to come back for those special items.

When I purchased there was no way to apply the welcome code at checkout. You can easily stop the automated engagement with the offering or adjust the promotion/gift card input area on the checkout page to take promo codes.

Upon the order's arrival I received two damaged products, I've sent an email and images and hope this will be resolved soon.

Arrived a day early. Very well packed and was very cool with ice packs still frozen. Would buy from them again. I bought a 9 pound wheel of stilton and they e-mailed me to ask if they could substitute two 4.5 pound wheels. Very considerate as they did not want to ship something other than what was described on their website.

Supermarket Italy has fantastic products and really super prices. I had a problem with an online order and I left them an email late at night. Not only did I get an early morning response but they took care of the problem before even letting me know. Awesome customer service!

Great product at a reasonable price. Not sure if I got the email confirmation and receipt by email. Tracking information upon ordering would be helpful to. Product arrived 1 day after the scheduled delivery date.

I ordered Caputo 00 pizzeria flour from supermarket Italy. The price was cheaper than where I have been buying from. This flour is top notch when using it in a wood oven like mine the temperature gets to about 1000 degrees. The service is fast one day and it at my door. I wont buy anywhere else.

Absolutely love all the products I received. The online shopping was easy and delivery was fast. Great pride was taking with the items shipped as they were very well wrapped and neatly placed in the box! I'am planning on ordering a few hard to find items for gift giving. Thank you Supermarket Italy!
