Ordering was simple, now I just need to find Mom's recipe book. I cannot tell you about the items, because I did not get them yet. Made the first attempt. Interesting. I need to work out the spices better.

Wonderful website, quality products, excellent customer service, but terrible shipping with USPS. Might as well ship with someone walking across country. Please use UPS or FedEx for the price charged shipping.

I also didn't realize there were 2 different sizes. Not needing the large size, I was pleased to get several bottles half the size of what I had. I had to always wait for a trip back northeast to stock up with Saucy Susan.

I was after Easter Colomba cakes to give as gifts. The grocery stores in my area did not have a supply. This is my first attempt at ordering from your company. I was impressed at the number of big name brands to choose from including gluten free products. You were punctual in delivering before Easter as you promised

It was so easy to order from this company...and before I knew it, there was a package at my home containing the product that ordered. It was packed beautifully. This company knows how to do things the right way. I am extremely satisfied and will use this company again.

I was on website and when I entered "medium or large size fava bean"; your product that popped up under that cue is what I purchased. I was led to believe the beans in the bag would be medium or large sized. Unfortunately they were very small sized fava bean. I tried contacting your store, only to be advised you don't carry a larger size fava bean. I did not open bag, and was told it was okay to
Return them. I had to order through another vendor. I'm sorry-I really wanted to stay with you. Oh well.

It's hard to find this type of ramen near me so it was nice to find it sold at this online shop at a decent price. The ramen was super yummy and came packaged nicely. The transaction and correspondence about my order went smoothly. It was an easy one click purchase with Apple Pay, no need to enter a bunch of information. Thank you very much.

I paid for my order using PayPal and had it sent to my address, but somehow it got sent to an address I haven't lived at in 2 years, and no address was listed on the shipping label at all. Luckily my phone number was on there and I got a call from the guy who currently lives there to come get it. Other than that, order came in a very timely manner.

I already wrote this, but the cans are so dirty with juice and dirt that I don't know if they are from these cans or another can in the case busted. The dates are all funky on them. Also don't know what to believe.

The website was easy to navigate and recommended products similar to the one I came here for. On Amazon right now 8oz of Celtic Sea salt is $23 or more depending on seller. Definitely a better deal from Italy. Thank you for promoting your store on Google!

This is the first time shopping on this site. I am very impressed with the shipping and packaging of the bread we ordered. We haven't tried it yet due to the holiday season still a few weeks off so I can't review the bread yet. If the bread is as good as the purchase experience then I will be happy.

Ordering was easy. Delivery within a few days to US! The product is wonderful customer service was great.
However, in todays climate-change world, I consider speed of delivery unimportant. What matters to me is doing the least possible damage to the earth and humanity as possible. With that in mind, I consider the packaging excessive and fast delivery a drawback.

With the holiday season, I needed my order in two days. So I placed my order (on Christmas Day), emailed customer service and they responded ensuring I'll get my order in time. Prices were cheaper than Amazon and more selection too!

Easy website to use. Once I switched to Firefox, that is - didn't work on Safari. Would have appreciated a notice when my order was out for delivery or had been delivered.
