Supermarket Italy

This is my second order. I am looking for a taste sensation that I experienced as a youth in an Italian house. I have not yet had the opportunity to taste my recent purchase so I can not review the particular product. I have tried the beretta brand cotechino salam. It was a little greasy, however my tradition boils the salam and then you add the vegetables to the water and simmer till soft. It had a great flavor.
I thought some of the reviews were harsh. I grew up in New Jersey, my grandparents were first generation immigrants. They farmed, raised their own livestock to butcher to make their meats.
The harsh comments seem to come from spoiled, self entitled third generation. Ignore them, you guys do a great job! Thanks!

I can't get over how well packaged everything was when I received my shipment. I even ordered cannoli shells and was expecting some of them to be broken, but they were so well packaged that not even one broke. I would definitely order from Supermarket Italy again. Very well run operation.

Tired of broken jars & dented cans from other source, I gave you a try. You put a good effort into packing, but (unfortunately) one of the two jars of Silly Cow Farms hot chocolate mix arrived broken. Maybe the only solution is to not order items with breakable containers. I may order from you again but only the unbreakable items.

I ordered the charred grapefruit tonic after purchasing the same thing at Whole Foods where I actually first discovered it. This was my first time ordering from here and everything went perfectly. Order came sooner than I expected and will order again from this company.

I found what I wanted and the sale price was excellent! Supermarket Italy has so many wonderful items that are hard to find elsewhere. The ease of shopping and the prices are definitely reasons to stay with this site.

My issue was resolved quite quickly. I was told by a store representative the goverment allows items to be sold up to 5 months after it's expired. If I went to the store in person I'm not purchasing anything expired or due to expire... Period

I am so glad I found this source of Italian and International foods. Many of the specialties I like are difficult to find now in the city where I live. Supermarket Italy has these items and delivers them quickly.

They have top quality food and they have excellent customer service. The food is well wrapped and all our glass containers came intact but a bag of pasta broke and the company quickly sent a replacement when I told them about it.

Fast, hassle-free. Item came well packaged - bubble wrapped and in two boxes. Price was much better that the local Total Wine and the shipping was free. Would recommend to anyone and look forward to trying more items that they have to offer.

I had no problem finding exactly what I was looking for and got it in no time at all. If you are an honorary Italian, like myself, and you love the foods of Italy, look no further! You will find it here!

My mother in law told me about these lemon hard candies and I couldn't find them anywhere else for a decent prince except Super market Italy. The product itself (the candies) were in great condition but the bag that they came in, fell apart in my hands. The bag ripped and all of the candies fell out. So now instead of 2 nicely packaged bags of candy, I have a box full of candy. Really not a big deal but it was a bummer.

Great Products, great prices & the best shipping. Disappointed that Supermarket Italy did not notify me of the drop dead date on the Passata sauce was 8/31/23. If they had, I would not of purchased 12 bottles at this time.

At first I thought it was scammed website. I am one of those who will take the risk to see if it is or not. This supermarket is legit. Very good communication. Very fast shipping. Will be a returning customer.

I am very impressed that each item was packed with paper carefully, with additional care. It seems that they care about customers and items. I really appreciate that! As I will continue shopping with them.

As for shipping, it is kind of taking too long

I found this site because I was searching for an item that was no longer available locally and am glad I did because the site has so many great food items that are hard to find. It's so easy to just click and order and the food was delivered well packaged in bubble wrap just a few days later.

I'm consistently pleased with the quick shipping and care that the shipping department takes In packaging my items! The selection of products offered is amazing. I'm always excited to check out their new products!

The candy sticks to the wrapper and tastes stale. I am disappointed in the order, I have been buying this candy for years, it came in cases instead of individual bags before. Thinking I may not order again. Was there a change in owners?

Lots of interesting foods, beverages and soaps, etc. They shipped quickly and responded to emails quickly. FedEx originally said that the package would arrive on a Friday and it didn't come until Tuesday, but that isn't Supermarket Italy's fault. I was just glad that I hadn't purchased anything very perishable and that it was cold weather.
