I placed an order for flour and received olives, I could see the mix up in the labels. I called supermarket italy and they sent me a return label for the olives and sent out my flour order to replace the mix up. It took all but 2 days to receive my order. Excellent Service.

We appreciate then number of items offered from Supermarket Italy. If there were more organic products offered, we will like that!

There are so many delectable items here. They arrived promptly, once the order got straightened out.

Easy to shop on line...great products. Some are too expensive for the small amount sold in each bag. Otherwise great tasting cookies.

So far Supermarket Italy provided an excellent service. The packaging is excellent, a lot of precautions are taken to protect the merchandise and also the delivery is pretty fast. The only downside is that once a product becomes out of stock, it takes ages to be back.

The price was reasonable, it was authentic European (Italian) Nutella, it was wrapped in enough bubble wrap to protect the jar, and I got it delivered on time.

Ok. Neither is the perfect size pasta shell, which, I guess, is in between.

I haven't been disappointed with any of the products I have gotten and the order arrived much faster than I expected which was a plus! They carry good quality items that you cannot find even in fancy grocery stores and their prices are hard to beat for the quality!
