Reclame una torta de chocolate que llevaron destrozada, la respuesta fue "cosas que pasan" al mandarlos a singar me bloquearon la cuenta y nunca mas pude comprar, se ve que GAESA usa su estilo comunista.
Son unos descarados, estafadores y ladrones! Compré un combo para mi madre y llevaron la leche en polvo y después de que es carísimo estaba con bichos, mi madre dijo que así no lo aceptaba y el encargado de la entrega dijo que le llevaría otro pero al final ya perdimos el paquete de leche! No recomiendo a nadie a comprar en esta página es un scam!
Les digo que si cobran por lo menos entreguen las cosas como uno espera estafadores que son recuerdes que hay que trabajar mucho para ganar dinero no como ustedes que lo ganan robando
I have used 4 or 5 times now and it's been great service.My family in Cuba tell me the things they received are good and made them happy so that's what matters something is better than nothing and Cuban s know how to make the most of very little.
I had a prior excellent experience with supermarket 23 before the Pandemic a 5 star review.
But Now it's just a waste of time, effort and false hope. You'll make your shopping list only to be told after your purchase your items are not available.
This website needs to be shut down until the supplies are in stock or I'm sure they'll get similar reviews.
Until then don't order.
I have read several negative reviews about Supermarket 23 and I am pretty surprised. For about 18 months Supermarket 23 has been my go to store to help my family, and I am just amazed at their reliability and professionalism, and at how fast they make deliveries, even on Sundays! During the harsh 6 or 9 first months that followed the start of the pandemic and the severe restrictive measures taken in Cuba, they remained the only reliable online shop standing, where one could always finds a great variety of products to purchase for their family; and they have kept all their excellent business standards to this day. They are not to be blamed for the high prices, that for the government to deal with. Bravo Supermarket 23!
It took me a while to put my order together as the category menu is not easy to navigate and some of the products I had already placed in my cart were declared out of stock during the process of ordering...
When I was finally ready to pay, the site did not accept my credit card (a card I have had and used for many years). I called their customer service and the rep said I needed to write in a "code" the issuing bank would send me, which is not the way it works here in the US.
I was unable to complete my purchase so not pleased with the way this company deals with payments.
BTW, the prices are outrageously expensive but, as with everything Cuba related, there are few options so up to you to bite the bullet...or not...

Before the Covid-19 crisis things went fine.
At the most difficult time, the web page is not updated, gives misleading information and makes extra charges for products that did not have a delivery service before.
Once you select the products, by the time you proceed with the payment the products are not available any more.
Most of the stuff are so expensive that you can't even think of buying them. But they have the best variety of them all, so what I do is to look for only the things that I'm able to afford and the rest, like beef, pork and chicken I get them from Katapulk which is a lot cheaper, very affordable in fact, (not during the holidays though, as everything goes up for them so they have to pass it on to the consumer) but they don't have nearly as much of the things that these people have, even though most of the time you can't even afford them, as half of the items are ridiculously expensive.
They have lots of food items that are needed by my family in cuba some family members have cancer others don't but they need to eat and this company are great I order the food pay on line as soon as my card clears they let me know when is deliver they let me know when is delivered to my family is delivered I person and by the date I was told. Thank thank you I love supermercado23
I have used this site many times.The delivery is always on time, Service is very good. The variety of product is ok, considering the situation of Cuba.
The only thing I wish this online market improves is the multiple shipping charges when your order comes from different providers. Other than that, THIS A VERY GOOD CHOICE FOR CUBAN RELATIVES TO HELP THEIR LOVE ONES.

I have been ordering from supermarket23 (SM23) for 6 months Customer service from Havana has been very good in quickly solving problems Prices can vary from reasonable to outrageously over priced Buyer be aware of prices Shippibg is the biggest problem especially of items that are frozen or should be refrigerated SM23 keeps promising to solve that problem but nothing has been done it is a very easy problem to solve but local delivery people are clueless. SM23 has been very useful as they have many products that aren't available in the stores. If they can solve the refrigeration problem then I would give them 4 stars. For health reasons I advise you not to order meats or frozen items as they will be received totally thawed.
Supermarket23 is a real scam. Missing chicken boxes, frozen food packages filled with ice, abusive prices. A total robbery. Do not buy from this place if you do not want to be scammed.
Good and respectful treatment, with quality of the products and super fast delivery, the fastest I have had of all the websites I have used.
I've ordered many times for delivery to La Habana, and the food is fresh and has been delivered very quickly. My family is very happy with the good that gets delivered.

People be aware of ham scams, supermarket23 does not clarify in the description of the product that these hams are homemade, neither they say they are inedible. I could go straight to hospital if I would eat those hams. I need my money back, 71 dollares for 4 pounds of rotten ham..
Be careful, they will give hard time to refund your money if merchandise is out of stock. My first and only purchase was 3 weeks ago and still waiting for a refund.!

Desafortunadamente no vale la pena comprar aqui, aparte que los precios son ridiculamentes altos, el servicio al publico y la entragas a domicilio es pesimo. Mi mama sigue esperando por cosas que yo le envie pero nunca recibio, no se cuantas veces he hablado con custumer service y solo dicen que investigan y nada de mandarle lo que le falta. Llame hoy y nada de recibir ( se esperaba el 2.11) una orden que hice en Octobre 2, la tercera vez que "envian" lo que le falta y mi mama no recibio nada.

Don't waste your money here, outrageous prices, bad service, bad delivery and bad customer service. I'm still waiting for an answer for my mom missing items that I purchase a month ago. She hasn't received it and every time I called and ask for it they say the same thing, is going to be deliver next time, well it did not happened not even the third time!. They still " investigating " but nothing. They lost me as a client.
