I ordered this ring on a Monday and was told it would be delivered on Fri. I was not delivered until 3 weeks later. My son took work off to propose and the ring wasn't here. He made more plans and wasn't able to propose due to the ring not being sent. After multiple attempts to find out the status of the ring, I was told I would get a $100 credit for a future purchase, needless to say, I haven't gotten that either.
First of all, they never said the necklace was in China being made. When I ordered it, the guaranteed two day shipping for an extra price, which I paid so it would be here for a birthday gift. After three weeks of ordering it, and no necklace, I couldnt call. No ones would answer their phone! You can ONLY email them. When they responded, they said it was being made in CHINA! And that it will be sent after it is made. And when they told me it was shipped, It still took over another week to get it! Why did they take my money for two day shipping and and it take over a month. PLUS, making me email them over and over again thinking I had been SCAMMED! I was SCAMMED when it comes to the extra money I paid for TWO DAY SHIPPING! I also feel they should tell us the product we buy from them is from a company only fronted in the USA, but is actually a scammer in CHINA!.
